In this VladTV exclusive, John Salley spoke about heading to Africa to film a TV show about the slaveships leaving Ghana. From there, Salley also noted that he will be made a chief over there, similar to Michael Jai White.
From there, Salley spoke about Akon and said that he is a part of his influence in terms of heading to Africa. He said he thinks everything Akon does is bomb. From there Vlad and Salley got into Chinese people buying massive amounts of land in Africa and also talked about the media changing their tune to a more positive and informative note in reference to Africa once the Chinese started to permeate the continent.
Not just Africa... They’re purchasing real estate across the globe.

Who is "they" ? People should stop using vague terms. This is why theirs so much misinformation in today's world. I challenge everyone to stop using terms like "they" in these discussions. What is the name of the Corporation? Organization ? Person ? If I wasn't educated I would say it's fake. These black countries could learn a lesson from a place like Thailand. There, you cannot own property unless you have been a legal resident for 10 years. If you haven’t been there 10 years you are not allowed to own a majority stake in any property.
Also you as a foreigner can't even buy land you have to buy a condo in a condominium complex in which is at least owned by 51% thai or more. So they make sure that other countries can't just buy everything up. Soon Africa will learn more about Chinas intent. Just look at Sri Lanka and Djibouti

China is buying up Thailand too. My daughter is half Thai and inherited 4 acres of farmland from her grandfather when he passed. Just this January the local government sold that land (along with 1000 of acres of surrounding land) to the Chinese government and just sent my daughter a cheque for 100k baht. That's about 4k American dollars. The land is worth about 20-40 times that number and it's been in my daughter's mother side of the family for generations, yet it's in the hand of a Chinese corporation now and the Thai owners and local people had zero say over it.

@@JPaul318 thanks, yeah people's need for money over ownership is how they control you, that's not to say we don't require money to survive to a certain extent but the goal and focus should always be self sufficiency and control, and that means at a certain point going without money, establishing other ways to support yourself outside of the system until you can gain control farms are great for that, but that's a conversation and plan that should be had in private with people who have been tested and understand loyalty, problems come in when you make plans public without establishing a foundation for them, you have a lot of people that say they're against the system but still want to benefit from it, you can't have it both ways, it's one thing to use the system to empower yourself and build your own, it's another thing completely to sell false hope and line your pockets but I guess that's on the people who allow that bullshit.

I read about this a while back, China is basically investing. The Congo is a good example, they recently gave the Congolese government something like $20 billion dollars for infrastructure and helped them build hospitals, schools and colleges etc, but in return China gets unmitigated access to their mines (Congo is rich in natural resources) and the value of the resources China gets access to is estimated to be well over $100 billion, and though they're making them schools and hospitals their populace is too impoverished and uneducated to make proper use of them. Congo is basically being ripped off, and the government is too incompetent to do anything. And even beyond the government individual Chinese are moving to poor countries literally everywhere, from Africa, to South-east asia to South America and setting up businesses. The Chinese government exploits the resources of each country while the businesses exploit the civilians, they set up stores to sell them things they can't find otherwise in their part of the world, and rather than investing that money into the community they pocket it and send the rest back home to China. It's almost like ethical colonization, they're really savvy, almost respect their hustle.

As an example- a single mother has 4 children; they all have work at a mere wage of $10/hr. So the math is: the family makes $50/hr, $400/day, $2,000/wk, $96k/yr and in 10yrs they've made $960,000 (less expenses).
You can buy property, start businesses, invest etc..
But it will never work because families can't work with each other let alone with other members of their communities. Listen to the messaging in the music... this is not by accident.

They're buying land in places that the U.S. has chosen to say "eh, we don't see anything valuable there". It's not too different than what happened in the cold war. Countries were favorable towards the U.S., but the U.S. didn't see much value in the country or the people. Russia then came around and said hey, we'll help you out. The countries said, okay, we'll take it.

As a mixed race british born it's called D.R Congo 🇨🇩, not Republic of Congo, i was there for 6 months and i learned Lingala which is the main language (wanted to learn my great grandfather's roots). there's two different congos, i have been saying this since 2015, I went to Africa with my bros for 2 weeks, noticed the majorities of business in Zimbabwe were owned by Chinese wirh the workers all being black and it's our own people helping them i.e Akon. @@Bgrk it's a very long explanations give in writing but i'll try and make it short. The debt comes recurring loans in order to finish off the work plans & not being able to pay back loans on time. The Chinese will forever accept and offer africa loans for as long as they have access to these unlimited rosources that african countries have in the hands.
Classic example is the city of Katanga in DR Congo, Mobutu Seko gave away a small percentage of that city to the Europeans specifically the Belgium, French for roughly 20m US dollars loan, over 60 years later now, katanga shares is now practically owned by every other countries bar an African government or business man and the debt has increased over vand over again. Katanga is a region that is stupidly rich in Uranium, Gold and Copper yet Europeans and America get to use those resources as they please to build up their countries and enrich themselves, building roads, big tall buildings, electricity while leaving africa poor and selling it back to them at a silly price knowing very well thry can't afford it but the continent of Africa can.
Akon is "getting billions of credits" from the Chinese by using certain parts of africa as collaterals (using his fame to convince governments), specifically wealthiest natural resources cities, knowing very well africa can not afford these loans on currency alone, This loan will have to be paid off within the agreed time period.
Think of World cities & countries that are rich in natural earth resources, 90% of those are in africa i.e Gold, Copper, Uranium,Titanium, Iron(Burkina faso, Botswana, Angola, Sierra Leone, DR Congo etc..ect..)
Alot of this lines up with slavery and colonisation.
Am not sure i made it any clear in writing...so i will strongly urge you to do some research on king Leopold, the British and colonisation of Africa.
@@Bgrk Read up and do some research on Patrice Lumumba who wanted all african countries to be independent and control their own wealthy however he was killed after he went to USA and the Soviet Union for help to stop the British and Beligium from continuing robbing africa, he was unaware that the people who was asking help ftom also had some business interests with the enemies.
Everytime a president or an powerful individual who calls for africa to control their own wealthy, they are instantly painted in the negative dictatorship light in the media and therefore killed by his own people. Gaddafi was all good with every one until he called for a African Union similar to the European Union, then all the sudden he is a dictator according to the media, bear in mind the majorities of the media in africa is funded and controlled by European and America so they can tell them that this person is killing your people and Africa will believe it. Why do you think we outside of africa only see the negatives and poorer side of africa on tv? It's that thing of painting something in a negative light so that others will stay away and you get the whole thing to yourself without any competitions.
Research Gaddafi, Patrice Lumumba, Mobutu Seko. Go visit African countries and see how rich it is. P.S the silver back guerrillas in DR Congo are HUGE but funny though!

In my opinion, it wouldn't be so bad if they were actually buying it with real money, that is scarce, and universally valued, and consistent in value. That's kind of fair, although the question would remain if it was indeed the government's land to sell, or the people's.
