In this clip, John Salley talked about opening his new vegan restaurant with a hip-hop themed art gallery for ambiance. He spoke about the difference between the "Impossible Burger" and the "Beyond Meat" burger, claiming the former isn't actually healthy despite being vegan. John Salley also commended Vlad on his recent weight loss and said he's still trying to get him to stop eating meat.
People talk like they aren’t addicted to certain foods but they’ve never stopped consuming it to know the difference.

We werent designed to eat meat, thats why we dont have sharp teeth like meat eating animals do. Our teeth are made for grinding vegetables. We learned to eat meat. That being said, the body has been accustomed to eating meat for so long that an abrupt and strict vegetarian diet will do more harm than good. We want to wean the body off meat slowly, starting by eating only white meats and fish along with more raw fruits and veggies. If you eat like that, and your children eat like that, then your grandchildren can be fully vegetarian without harm. But suddenly cutting out meat today does harm to not only the body but the brain and emotions. It actually makes the body weaker and effects the mental and emotional balance.

What I do is that I intermittent fast everyday and I go 2 days without meat and one day with meat and keep it on repeat.I believe too much of anything can be bad oir diet really isnt that difficult it's like a math problem

The reason obesity is such a big factor w covid (besides the obvious health reasons ) is that when the cytokine storm occurs Leptin is secreted by adipocytes in proportion to body fat. Meaning more fat, a worse cytokine storm. And it scales more so the more overweight the patient is.
