I have two extremely disappointing palettes that I seriously dislike because what I got looked sooooooo much different than the promo photos. You save me money regularly, so 👏👏👏

Although Colourpop said it will be at Target on 7/9, all of this collection was on an end cap display at my local Target yesterday (7/6), in case anyone wants to check their store out tomorrow :)
Colorpop has raised their prices and made the packaging cheaper. Also is it just me or are the shadows less pigmented
It's def not just u! I gave up on purchasing CP. It's just too inconsistent..especially the metallics..I don't want to purchase separate items like super shocks or jelly much shadows to have intense metallics..
It definitely seema like all the stuff that starts out as store exclusive is worse

this release confused me so much at first because it's the middle of the summer so i expected more vibrant colours but the palettes give me autumn vibes
i couldn’t agree with you more about this collection, and i think the blushes are the best part, and there are 3 that i want to pick up. also, i definitely want to pick up jetsetter, because i’ve been wanting that shade. i understand why they’re doing the clear packaging, but i MISS THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING!!! i’m surprised that they already got rid of the christmas vault, and i think they should release them as monochromatic palettes. i reallllly wanted extra coin, but i didn’t want to buy the entire vault for 2-3 palettes. 💜💜💜
Whoa, I like the swatches of the first palette a lot better than I thought based on how the pans look. I think it's partly because the plastic packaging is colored, making the shadows look less colored in comparison. It might have looked prettier with simple white packaging.

The blushes look amazing. I don’t like that they don’t show the true colours of the eyeshadow palettes on their web site. Great video 💗
I think it's important to note when the promotional representation of the product doesn't match the reality of the colors and sometimes textures. It's not throwing shade!
I agree that the colors are over saturated on the site. I went and saw them in person at ulta. Wow. Different t.
Hi Amanda, thanks for letting us know about the difference in the true shades of the eyeshadow palettes. I almost bought Day Dreaming. Got to save some money 💵 😊
It's not just u. Most of the time CP's product photos are over exposed and saturated. I always have to watch YT reviews for realistic swatches. However, if there are no reviews or minimal pics, I have to guess what the shade is by imagining more depth and less saturation. Most CP SSs and single shadows have unrealistic photos on the CP website.

The orangy blush is dancing queen looks my speed. I do have so retrograde and shook to the coral. Not sure I need it. I might carry arm swatches and go to the store and put it next to it and see if they look different enough. Lol. 😙

I agree, they needed more variety in some of the collections. I think I’ll skip - I either already own a CP dupe that seems better to me than these palettes or own the actual product. Thank you to you and your arm for all the comparisons! They’re very helpful.
I haven’t bought from colourpop in a very long time. The lip scrub and mask look interesting.

The purple color story is my favorite, I’m a sucker for purples. I just got an new palette from Profusion cosmetics, the Desert Stargazing palette-also a purple color story and a super nice formula. You should look it up! I actually have a YT short with swatches if you want to take a look. 💜💜

How discouraging that the shadows didn't match their photos. The photo colors make them look like new shades. But then, IRL I can create all those shades with the mega ton amount of CP palettes I already own. Looks like another skip for me. TFS!!!

Regarding affiliate links: do you know if creators still receive their commission if a site redirects customers to non-US version of sites? And does it still count if we click to open the page outside of youtube app? I am guessing it still counts because it is same link but I don't know for certain.
Has anyone tested the quality of the Target 9 pan pallets w clear lids, compared to their OG 9 pan pallets?

I don’t buy anything from colourpop anymore. They are cheap and it shows. They need to stop pumping out so much and get back to making great makeup at an affordable price. Everything like lippies, lipstick, mascara, lipgloss has all gone off.
I do agree that their Mascara is extremely poor quality.
No shame in their self-duping game
Colourpop is just boring imo. And I don't like the ridiculous editing of their palettes. It's deceiving and false advertising!
