400EX Carrier Bearing Replacement - Fixing Cheapest, Clean, Running ATV (Buying a $1200 Honda TRX)

I came across a "running and driving" 2003 Honda 400ex for sale, with the asking price of $2,400. Upon further inspection, as soon as I sat down on it, I noticed the slop in the rear end. Originally, having only ever owned Honda 250EXs, I thought the entire swingarm would need to be repaired. Long story short, the previous owner and I settled on $1,200, both of us being very happy.
