I learned at an early age from my mom to read any documents throughly. With moms health being horrible. I've been reading and signing any paperwork that mom receives in the mail, legally of course I'm her power of attorney and living will. Recently in the last few months her food stamps had stop making us have to use her barely $610 for food. She got a letter from ebt saying she was charged for fraud for selling foods. She then gets a big packet of all than said transaction. And before mom got really sick and still drive every month on 1st she would go and fill two carts. Sometimes it be close to closing time so logical, we'd use two different terminals to check out quicker. Literally all those transactions is just her Using food stamps to buy more than a months worth of food
Some unsolicited editing feedback from my personal & humble opinion. 8 mins in. Seems like a beneficial topic. However, the video is a little all over the place. Jumped in to talking about a type of diet that’s not labeled or explained, with very little info. Then to very briefly talking about how it works long term... Confusing. Now on to stressors and antioxidants without even knowing what this is all about. The title is 5 easy habits and I may or may not finish watching after these now 13mins in because it seems like it won’t be a good use of my time with all of this bouncing around and skimming with such partial info.
Starts at 1:04:44 1. Timing of your Meals 2. Time restrictive feeding 3. Physically active (25 Minutes per day), (resistance training) 4. Supplementation for General Health 5. Reduce Stress P.S. - Scroll though the tab on the button to do a quick skim if your on a time crunch 😊
There's nothing wrong with a small piece of dark chocolate not loaded with sugar. You can eliminate added sugar or excess by not buying products with sugar as an ingredient. So one cookie isn't going to harm you and one small piece of dark chocolate usually eliminates needing a cookie.
Erika, where is this podcast based? The reason I ask is because I would like to get a job in podcasting, & I think your podcast would suit me well. But, I do have some physical limitations. Let me know.
I am wondering, at the airport they sometime open up packages and damage the stuff if they think it's suspicious. Do you know what happens after this? Do they just put it back damaged or is there a payment?
He has strong points on health but at the end of the day, I will take it as a grain of salt on what he is saying. Quite young to be giving advice on how to live healthy long life. Follow the blue zone advice, probably the best you can get in terms of healthy longevity.
Ok, I am just waking up. I have to get ready for work, but I’ll definitely loop back around and watch this one!
Great interview Erika! I'm so glad more people like Chris are bringing awareness to the negative affects of alcohol even in moderation.

You can make a claim with the airport/airline but they are known to drag things out & refuse to pay.

Am I the only one who thinks this could take a quarter of the time to explain this
And if you've been SEVERELY harmed and developed Cptsd you're not going to sleep at all.
You kind of look like Rachel Zane from suits and the irony is that you're both lawyers

That sounds like a boomers mindset, you realize that folks his age are the smartest and most innovative.
