@@torontorc4637 That's because you own the version 2, 4300kv motor and 19T pinion gear the the cogging and range issues has been fixed. The 124016 version one came with a 3400kv brushless motor and the same 27T pinion as the 124018 brushed version. You can tell yours is the V2 by the blue wheel on your remote.
A zip tie threw the body pins helps allot with pulling them out I love this buggy I also left mine stock but am thinking of getting them tire for mine now awesome vid
Cool stuff! This is the v2 and solved a lot of issues apparently. It's on my list of ones to get! (the list is getting longer! lol). Cheers and have a good one.
It is amazing to watch the product improvements of the chinese brands when compared to the big name brands. A year ago I would not have even considered a WL, but now, they seem worth a look. Thanks for showing the progress and changes.
Hi man! I'm Thinking of buying one or 2 to take to the beach and make beach racetrack, beside being a little slower, does the 124018 have worse electronics and less reliable than the more expensive 124016 v2? Sometimes for playing when they are so so fast it's almost no fun either other than bragging rights so I wanted to know your and opinion.
I built a tank im not happy with. Thinking of getting this to FPV and put long range receiver explore. My tank is custom. So im still tweaking it to run right. but track were too loose then too tight. not to mention i went for long running so it is really slow but will run over 2hrs. but id rather have faster and 1 hour lmao
I just got my 124018 today. I'm wondering now should I send it back for the 124016 brushless, since the v1 had so many issues like cogging and range problems.. What's your thoughts?
@@torontorc4637 I took your advice and boy ole boy!! This 124018 is the truth! I almost sent it back for the 124016. Cant wait on your review for the 124016. Thanks again
That's the v2 with 4300kv motor with smaller pinion the first one had range issues and cogging 👍
It must be, it has no issues. Thanks for watching

Hey, they're both great buggies. The 124016 is definitely faster than the 124018. They both handle well on and off road. I would get the 124016
Sweet Bro, It's always good to have two..
Thanks man. That's for sure 👍🏾

For someone that's just starting to get into RC's, which would be a better starting point? The 124016 or 124018?
Hey, I would get the 124016. Brushless is better. The 124018 holds it own though
Cool cars nice colors
it's good the tc is suitable for racing
