They are about 60kg each I think.
You've got to do it safely or you are going to hurt yourself.

Looks like a rather complex mower Jimmy but you made it look easy.
Thanks John, that is very kind of you to say.

@@JimmyTheMower well I’ll be saving them in a playlist. Always nice to learn how to do things
Brilliant idea.
I'm still not 100% with it all myself so I'm away this week working with some experts.
Good demonstration Jimmy. Mind you I’m still not taking mine to bits 😂
You wait until I do the cutting head strip down 🤣🤣🤣
@@JimmyTheMower look forward to it🙈😂

It's been a while since I used one of them mowers . We were in the orbit the other day
They are great mowers, I'm sitting on one most days.
Make sure you come and say hello at the next orbit meeting 👍
I had a blown hydraulic pipe on my parkway 2250. I replaced the hose but now one of the cylinders won't turn. The arms go up and down and the central and offside cylinders turn ok but there is no life out of the nearside. I figured it was an air lock and i tried cracking the pipes (not sure which one i needed to be honest) do you have any tips as to what i need to do to gef it going again? Thanks
That's a curious one. It is probably to do with the hydraulic hoses going through the lift and lower lever.
Is there any resistance in that lever at all ?
Thank you for taking the time to reply. Yes there is resistance in the raise and lower lever and it functions as you would expect. Everything seems to be workinf correctly again except that one cylinder which wont turn. It really has me stumped 😔
Now we are getting somewhere.
When the cutting head is in the down position and won't spin.
You need to check the small plunge valve has popped out. This allows the oil to flow to the motor.
There is a collar on the lift arm which pushes this in when the arm is raised and sometimes they get stuck if there has been a drop in pressure.
If this doesn't solve it then email me via my Ditton Services Grounds Maintenance website and I can go through some diagnostics over the phone.
Jimmy 👍
You sit, are a gentleman and a scholar and quite frankly a bit of a legend too! I took the metal lever off that presses on the pressure switch so I could get better access to the hydraulic pipe, when I put it back on I had done it up too tight and it prevented the pressure switch popping out. Problem solved and first field cut this morning.
Thank you again for your help and the offer if mor assistance if needed.
Fantastic news, I'm glad it is all sorted.
Happy mowing,
Jimmy 👍
I only counted one nut 😂
The only problem with that mower is the loose nut behind the steering wheel 🤣🤣🤣
@@JimmyTheMower you said it 😂
Not my subject but still very much enjoyed watching you in your element
🤣🤣🤣
Thank you, very kind.
