Good luck trying to change. I've been swimming wrong my whole life, according to the "new" methods. It's like being right handed, and them telling you left hand is better. Try changing that.

Good tips. I practice swimming daily in open sea for over 3 years now. I can't express how amazing ocean swimming is . Not in pool though ,i find pools boring after few laps. beside its dead bleached water in a cube. You can learn in a week what takes years in a pool. And missing on the highs and lows the ebbs and flows and all the fun challenges of mother water.
Thanks for your feedback! Try keeping your hands soft by relaxing them and placing them in the water when you enter your hand - don't force it or try to push it in too fast. It should place in lightly and naturally.
I have swum 2 sessions playing with this. It is a lot harder than I thought. I can feel much more traction with less bubbles though. At my 1k pace this is really going to help. When I did some threshold sprints the bubbles increased dramaticaly and I could feel that I was losing traction through the bubbles right down to chest level. Thanks for this. Once I can solve and imprint it will be a major asset. On a plus note I smashed my dps from 2.76m/s to 3.13m/s in a 100m set @ 94s, so something clicked.

@@Wheel333 Thats awesome! thanks for your feedback
@Wheel333. Try keeping your fingers apart. The bubbles will dissipate before you start the catch. You'll be pulling water, not air.
Where do youtube makers find this BOGUS music? I think it's shared, without thinking about how annoying it is.
Its more like graceful freestyle?
it's hard to tell the entry, because you don't show it from the top. Otherwise a great video
Terrible style.low elbow. Very inefficient
