    on my huawei p30 i can choose which app i can lock individually. much simpler

    What I do not like about pin this app. Lets say if somebody use my phone to make a call in I pin this app they cannot go through my phone but they can still go through my contacts you should make it so you could paint your contacts the only thing they can do is make a phone call

    When i am adding the app to the secure folder, new app copy is getting created. so i have 2 apps

      Yeah this does nothing other than create a 2nd lockable version. The unlocked app would still be accessible. Its just not in the open on your home screen

    But the apps, especially by google - like gmail, youtube, etc (in your homescreen) is already attached to your google account - used in playstore. So your personal data is still exposed.

      @@alphacode123yes, for the OS.
      But I'm referring to someone using your phone (given that it's unlocked). The 'instance' of some apps included in the secure folder are secured. But by default, the google apps (non secure folder 'instance') are already attached to the google account used to initially set up the phone. So anyone can steal your info.
