    If you are buying a property @20k be it on dwarka expressway or new gurgaon, you won't get an exit for atleast next 7-8 years. These prices are artificially inflated. I have been to Dwarka expressway a lot of the times now and most of the flats are empty at the moment because investors are holding them and are unable to get the exit.
    Let's be realistic, how many people can actually afford to pay 3.5 to 4 cr for a 3bhk flat?
    Market is gonna be really slow for next few years now till the next real estate bull run period comes which is not gonna be for atleast 7-8 years.

      You are right, price won't decrease but will be stable for next 6-7 years, that's how gurgaon market history shows

    What about Godrej Vrikshya at 19000 sqft all inclusive? Is this something that investors can exit soon?

    Yes, after entering 21-22k Signature sec 84 investors can exit at Godrej Zenith price 15k 😂😂😂😂😂. EXIT IS POSSIBLE BUT NOT AT PROFIT😂
    LISTED PLAYER HAS GONE MAD, WANTS ITS SALES TO SHOW AT HIGHER REVENUES BUT FORGET ITS CORE TO COMPLETE ONGOING PROJECTS ON TIME....
