    Hello mam
    What are the recommendations when a term neonate is found to have vitamin d insufficiency ( with asymptomatic hypocalcemia ) but no symptoms. Should we treat it the same way as defeciency or are there any other protocol. Kindly clarify

      @@endeavourforchildhealth2792 ma'am is it good enough to pursue DNB Ss intensive care course...the scopes of it and things that v learn... should one go for it...or give it a second thought...as I have no idea of the scope of it

      Yes it is a good course because you get many of your concepts clarified and you are in constant touch of latest advancements n newer technologies……..however it is VERY DEMANDING specially when you take it up as a career……..your patient is a second family n you have to invest sufficient time n energy in it……..regards prospects n scope, there are many vacancies n there is always a demand for good intensivist…….
