Dispatch for Craiglist Killer was the MOST amazing, the MOST professional dispatch I've heard yet on these. Got the place, got the event, got the help dispatched. Didn't cause undue distress, didn't make the situation possibly worse, just did their job. I admire that. It's such a stressful, difficult job with long, pressing hours and a high turnover rate. Most operators end up with acute stress disorder (a mild form of PTSD) from the job. Just like some paramedics. Give them some love.

They took it to the hospital claiming it was theirs and had stopped breathing. The doctor's knew something was up obviously and believe the person was arrested at the hospital.

The first ones audio and then the video were not connected in anyway. The first audio is from brevard county florida where I live, he mentioned a street (US1) and the video was from Scottsdale, AZ
I hate when people criticize the 911 operators, they do everything they can, and they ask as many questions as possible so the police know what to expect and not go in blind.

After listening to many of these 911 calls, all I have to say is at least 90% of 911Dispatchers are terrible at their job. Many belligerent & ask either ridiculous or non relevant questions. They waste so much time. They don’t seem trained on how to get to pertinent & critical info. Nor do they know how to calm a situation. Many insert themselves and become angry getting no where fast.. It’s as though they can’t deal with a chaotic situation. I know the calls are tough but isn’t there job supposed to get info fast and remain calm, listen & know how to diffuse, & get clarity on a bad situation.
I wonder why the lady who had her fetus stolen only said she was cut and pregnant and didn’t say she cut me AND stole my baby. I would’ve thought she’d mention that.
