Good double reaction, two great songs and both so different from each other.🤘🦊 I was lucky enough to experience 'BxMxC' for myself in London in 2020 - they took the roof off the Hammersmith Apollo with it.
They talked about 'BxMxC' in an interview.
SU-METAL: That was my first rap experience. For most of my recordings up until now, I would sing “la la laa” to create a sort of vocal line, and then lyric writing began based on that. But it was different for this track, they had a backing track and lyrics, and then told me to try rapping. So at first I was still trying to figure it out. In hiphop they call it…it was like…ah, I forget!
MOAMETAL: Wasn’t it…f-…fall?
SU-METAL: Uh…what was it…
KOBAMETAL (who happened to be there): Flow?
SU-METAL: Flow! (laughs) To get a feel for the flow, I made a lot of different attempts to figure out what would be good. Like how to descend and ascend in pitch, and which timing would be the best to try the pitch changes. Even for the same phrase I’d try going a little ahead of the beat or a little bit behind it, while keeping the whole track’s balance in mind."
In another interview:
Question: "How are you feeling right now?"
MOA: "Hungry. I need to eat fried chickens!"
So that settles it BxMxC = Bring Moa Chicken🍗or maybe it really is BABYMETAL Cipher.
'Metal Kingdom' is the anthemic opening track and intro for the album they had just released in March and also the intro for a new era of BABYMETAL that they were revealing during the course of these two 'BABYMETAL Begins' concerts.
This was Clear Night - the second night and the first with Momometal as an official member ... and she had her own throne (that had remained empty at the BABYMETAL Returns concerts in January when Su and Moa made their entrance sitting in their thrones). This was her first song.

About "BxMxC", I admit being quite skeptical when the studio version first came out. Not much into hip-hop (basically at all) and even less into voice effects... BUT then, I listened to the live performance from Legend Metal Galaxy and I had to change my mind. Because Su-metal kills it live, the Kami Band sounds brutally heavy and the choreo is absolutely badass. Lesson learned.
"BxMxC" probably stands for BABYMETAL Metal Cypher but we prefer Bring Moa Chicken. Because she loves food and she always makes sure everyone knows.
"METAL KINGDOM" is the anthemic opening of their latest album, The Other ONE. And this is how they opened their concert BABYMETAL BEGINS - The Other ONE - Clear Night. This was Momometal's very first song as a full fledged member after being an Avenger (backup dancer) since 2019. I'm super fan of the last verse with Su-metal's vocals over the chants and the instrumental accents. It just blows my mind.

I went to this PIA Arena show, and Metal Kingdom was a fantastic opener. Japanese concerts are something else and the whole audience is taking part, clapping, jumping, moshing and responding to the song. And I mean everyone, even seated people get up without fail. It's so fun, and time just flies. The biggest surprise in this concert was that they played IIne, an early song that had falled out of rotation. I think you should react to it.

@@JasonsSongStop I think he's specifically asking for a reaction to the live performance of iine! from PIA Arena 2023. The song hits much differently live. The difficulty is that RUclips loves identifying iine performances as an old blocked (or partially blocked) concert performance since they all share the same synth and YT's CR algorithm is terrible.
On that note, I would suggest the first ever song BABYMETAL released: Doki Doki Morning music video, and the Doki Doki Morning live performance from Makuhari Messe 2023.

BMC, BabyMetal Cypher or as fans of Moa who know her love of food call it, Bring Moa Chicken. When BM first came out thier hiatus they opened thier first show with Metal Kingdom and only had one throne. When they officially added Momo to BM they did this show the next night and all three had thier thrones. Queen Su, and Princesses Moa and Momo.

You should really check out some black babymetal songs or something like the "moabanger" version of headbanger. Get a chance to see that Moa and Yui (before she left for health reasons) and now Momo are way more than just accessories that dance and pretty much just chant some supporting vocals.
Moa's solo onedari diakusen from like the 2019 I believe it was show, or something like song 4. A song Moa and Yui wrote on the bus to a show when they were like 13 , after Su bet them they couldn't write a song about the number 4.
And for some solo Su that really highlights how good a singer she is, you can go with atasuki, rondo of nightmare. The two every reactor goes with. But I would suggest no rain no rainbow.

Most reactors are still going with the official release but to my eyes and ears this version really puts the metal into kingdom. So much power in every aspect of this performance. BxMxC is a very interesting song. It was a bonus track on the Japanese edition of the Metal Galaxy album. It's essentially Babymetal's interpretation of nu-metal/trap metal style music. Su-metal said in an interview that she had never attempted to rap before and it took some practice to "find her flow" for the delivery of this song. On the studio version, they put a vocal effect on Su's voice, but when she performs it live she puts a vocal flourish on to mimic the effect (the sharp upward inflection at the end of each phrase). I've seen it performed live five times, and Su always absolutely nails the delivery. She's that good.
This performance of BxMxC was at 10 Babymetal Budokan, which were ten shows held over three months in early 2021 at the famous Nippon Budokan arena in Tokyo. Because it was held during covid, the crowd was limited to around 5000 for social distancing reasons, and there were restrictions around cheering and singing, so the crowd audio has been added in post production. No international fans were able to attend these shows for obvious reasons, so only residents of Japan could attend.
Metal Kingdom is the opening track of The Other One, hence it's grand epic sweeping melodies and vocals from Su-metal. It's probably about as close as Babymetal has come yet to symphonic metal, and I really hope that at some point they go full Nightwish (Floor Jansen is one of Su's favourite singers). This is one of my favourite Babymetal songs because it allows Su-metal's soaring vocals to just shine and she can go all out without needing to worry about dancing. I have a particular affection for it because it was the first song I ever saw them perform live in person and it would be an understatement to say it left an impression on me.
I was at PIA Arena for this show (Babymetal Begins - The Other One: Clear Night), and this was the show opener on the second night. The moment when the three thrones rose up out of the stage with the three members of Babymetal seated on them like Queens was incredible to experience live. This was Momometal's first show as a full member of Babymetal; she had been announced as the new member at the end of the previous night, so the fans were incredibly excited that Babymetal were finally a trio again after such a long time. It was a very important moment for Babymetal and for the fans because it brought years of turmoil since Yui's departure to an end and it really felt like we were witnessing the rebirth of Babymetal. Of all the Babymetal shows that I have been to, PIA is my favourite.

Nice double, again! I was lucky to witness that song (BxMxC) live, being there in person (Palladium Cologne, 2023)... the venue imploded! 🤣 Goes REALLY hard, Su-Metal is a (cute) monster! I liked the MV already, but live it is (like always if it is BABYMETAL) a whole different experience. If you get the chance to see them live, do it!
"Metal Kingdom" is epic, indeed! Quite near to "Road of Resistance" in terms of anthem songs, IMHO. And it is kind of "royal", indeed. We have three Queens 😄Su-Metal is doing a fantastic job with this. What is a bit underrated most of the time is the fact that she´s able to transport strong emotions with her singing, she´s doing it here once again. She sounds epic, as the song is meant to be epic😉
And as always, their live performances are like out of this world. Unmatched, IMHO.

Nice reaction. BMC live is amazing. And heavier than the recording. Metal Kingdom is the regal return of Babymetal to their kingdom. The stage in front of a live audience. These ladies were born for the stage. And after asking for chocolate all those years ago. Su finally got it. She just didn't know it was going to be M&Ms. Moa and Momoko. LOL. @@JasonsSongStop singing a rap flow is not as easy as many people think. If you've never done it, nothing good will come of it. Therefore, Suzuka specially trained herself to sing this way so that it would sound professional.
