    This folding of the dough multiple times over, is also the way to get that flaky pie crust.
    Edit. I watched my mom all the time as she would cut up the butter with the flour so there were tiny pats of butter throughout the resulting crust.

      Sugar cream icing is more classic for this one as they shouldn't be too sweet. That would spoil taste of bakery itself. They even can be salted and it would taste great.

    250g all-purpose flour

    50g chocolate (optional)
    1. If the temperature exceeds 30℃, the butter melts and it is difficult to make in summer.
    2. If the butter melts a lot when rolling with a rolling pin, put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to harden the dough, then push it again.

      I am sometimes amazed by the human... Nonsense? What's so difficult about that? flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar and butter (it's better to take confectionery) everything! the oil is used as an interlayer. if there is a noodle appliance (which costs nothing), the cooking time is an hour. I wonder for yourself how to make mayonnaise, you probably don't know either?

      This looks like a puff pastry from the dough steps and the fold.... Essentially it's a croissant but instead of rolled they're squares with some sort of icing drizzled atop if that helps.

    Reminds me of the Neopolitan from Roslyn bakeries back in the day. It was filled with a custard filling. Topped with chocolate

    Here in the Philippines had the same thing also. The only difference is that ours had a sweet filling and coated with surgar on top. I forgot what it's called.

    In Hungary we called strudel as 'Réteslap'
    I really love how we can put kinda anything in it and its just delicious
    You can put fruit in it
    Or Cottage cheese
    Or meat
    Or cheese on top
    Or seeds
