First time viewer! And first season on tele :) Been following Crawford on ig and love tele content. Got some 188cm QST 99s with OutlawXs that are lots of fun but are tougher in deep moguls haha. Might look around at the local used skis and pick something up to mount for easier bumps.
In my opinion, the telemark binding can bend in ways that make certain types of release less important, like a forward lean release for example. The bindings that are coming of these skis are old, no longer indemnified (meaning a shop will no longer work on them) because the bindings will not release at the intended din. It is partly hopeful thinking.

Came up with that one on the spot. Speaking truth is easy sometimes.
K2 HELLBENT they dont make them like they used to! 🔥🔥
@NoProDad they surely don’t. I will never get rid of those skis. Only full rocker ski that I can carve like it has camber!

Say no to din and let the grins kick in. Dad vibe tribe

How is a questionable release binding unsafe but a binding with no release at all is safe??

What is the point of a tele ski that cannot also climb and cruise flats? Is it just "Because fun"?
All Tele skis can climb and cruise flats! Just need to throw some skins on.
