Yeah except i can count on two hands how many better plays there were that didnt involve herbert. Mariota juked and ran in a 40yd touchdown. Lamichael james td run against michigan. Bralon addison braking ankles. Half the list was mediocre
I was at that Fiesta Bowl and I remember seeing DAT make that one cut and everybody exploded. He still had 2 guys in front of him but every Duck fan in that stadium knew as soon as he made that cut he was housing it. One of my favorite memories ever. The K-State fans outnumbered us like crazy but you couldn't tell from the screaming
Some honorable mentions for me 1. Mariota’s back hand flip to Royce Freeman on 3rd down against Mich State in 2014. 2. Herbert’s TD pass throwing across his body to Redd to tie it up 14-14 before half against Washington in 2018
Yet we still get receivers dropping the ball before the end zone. You would think that play would of made sure receivers held the ball all the way across the end zone.
Dude, thanks so much for this awesome video. I started cheering for Oregon in 2010, when everyone was getting excited about the undefeated team and the national championship and I was starting to understand football. Great to relive these awesome memories!
I swear I literally almost cried rewatching all of the all time great plays from all of the great athletes at Oregon😭😭😭😭😭💚💚💚💚💚💚we are still in our glory days jus not as fast as we use to be but we still are there😭💚💚💚💚💚💯💯
That Fiesta Bowl vs K.State play by DeAnthony , the announcers dialog is forever burned in my mind for life. Was Epic...."there he goes and.....THERE HE GOES, HES GONE!!!....." Wether I agree with the list or not, loved all the awesome plays. Go Ducks
sitting right infront of verdell capping washington is the best moment in autzen for me. my voice was non existent it was just air coming out when i tried to yell
The only reason I'd place the Verdell TD over UW anywhere near the top 10 would be cuz it solidified the commitment of Kayvon Thibodeaux. Winning that game in the fashion we did created a perfect Autzen atmosphere for KT an really just put a bow on his decision. Then came the future...
Wow. DAT made the hightlight's show 3 times. That's keeping your legacy alive, and the fact of how quick he was. Love the look on K-State fans faces when he took to the house on the opening kickoff. Beautiful.
Watching this in 2024, after they introduced the Generation O campaign, and it’s crazy that the current gen of student athletes have grown up *only* knowing this Oregon.
Don't forget the two quarterbacks who couldn't decide who was gonna take it in. So they both took it in lol. Don't forget the 3rd and 19 play in ASU game from VA Jr to Royce Freeman which led to the chance at the long 4th down play to go into overtime. Or some Lagarette Blount plays against Boise state. So many to choose from.
Great list, but one huge play missing.. the 2012 Wisconsin fumble recovery with Chip jumping for joy on the sideline is one of the more memorable plays of the past decade
Man, Oregon killed everyone with that offense before Mario Cristobal took over. He’s like the boring parent, took all the on field excitement away and recruits amazing athletes boy doesn’t take advantage of their speed advantage, and Oregon has SERIOUS speed and super athletes too bad it’s not showcased against their opponents that don’t have the same depth. I would like to see the offense get fun again and make a new top 10 video
I was at Sun Devil stadium with an Oregon fan for #9 and as an ASU fan it was awful but typical. The entire night, and basically Todd Graham's tenure, our defensive philosophy was why leave one receiver open when we can leave two.
Though I have to say I did travel to Eugene to see an Oregon game with that same friend, it was Mariota's last home game and it was a ton of fun. Great place to watch a college football game.
The only one I would maybe quibble with is the Vernon one, I’d have put the teddy in OT to Addison from that game. Great moments. I think the 2019 game in Seattle, either the Popo sack or the Pitman tunnel screen should be on the list, but #1 is 10000000000% right ESAD Huskies
Fun video but IMO about over half of these I would not call plays of the decade. Great plays but not plays of the decade top 10 worthy. But that's the issue with making a ranked list. May just want a great plays of the decade (why limit 10).
Not a bad list but the FSU fumble was not a decisive point in the game and it wasn't like a good play by Oregon, just a Winston being Winston. Udub run was probably top 3 but idk about one. What about the Stanford game 2010? That had many plays that could have made the list.
Not sure about the Winston fumble that led to the TD being in the top 10. A great moment yes but not worthy of being on the list. Maybe swap it with Mariota's 80 yard run against ASU his freshman year. Or even the two point conversion caught by Jeff Maehl in the Ducks first national title game (sure we didn't win but in that moment that was huge). Very good list tho.
I still think the Florida state fumble or what ever you want to call it was the best play. If there wasn’t a play off in play that year, we probably wouldn’t have been in the championship game. Everyone sounded like they thought Florida state was a juggernaut.
No offense but there’s no way there’s 8 plays in team history much less the past decade that compare to that night in Tempe when we were on the verge of losing until espn displayed ASU had 666 yards and then on that play ASU throws a pick and Vernon Adams leads that comeback with that Manziel like escapability. Not to mention the game winning td was out of bounds but a camera lens was in the way to where there was not enough evidence to overturn the TD call. Last year in Tempe was karma for that night in 2015 and I’m okay with that. I’m not okay with people downplaying the game Vernon Adams had that night.
As an ASU fan what was more ridiculous were ASU fans absolutely eviscerating Mike Norvell for the final play that was intercepted. Like, how are you going to be mad at the guy when we scored almost every single time instead of being mad at our defense who seemingly forgot to cover Oregon wide receivers seemingly all night.
You can tell this video was made by a true Duck fan as the #1 video was against the Fuskies.
My thoughts exactly. GO DUCKS!!
Thanks for pointing that out! People tell me all the time I ain't no Ducks fan because I say our biggest rival is the H*skies. What do they know!
Yeah except i can count on two hands how many better plays there were that didnt involve herbert. Mariota juked and ran in a 40yd touchdown. Lamichael james td run against michigan. Bralon addison braking ankles. Half the list was mediocre
You mean the whining puppies.
Lol
I was at that game and went to the field everybody was chanting fuc@ the huskies 😂😂
That Jamis Winston fumble is something I'll never forget. That was definitely one of my favorite years for the ducks
That was so crazy to watch live
it was so fun being there and seeing it live
I could watch Winston fumble that ball all day.
Winston flails his arms tossing the ball behind him, Ref flails his arms right afterwards
I was at that Fiesta Bowl and I remember seeing DAT make that one cut and everybody exploded. 2. Herbert’s TD pass throwing across his body to Redd to tie it up 14-14 before half against Washington in 2018
Yeah, that Mariota "flip" was his Heisman moment, so that's gotta be top 5 for me. Would take out the DAT return vs Colorado.
@@GrantTDM I think his true moment was him hurdling that dude in the Civil War, but the pitch was up there too.
VA3 to Braylon Addison to win that 3OT game at ASU was just as amazing with that toe drag.
One of the few Oregon fans in Georgia! Go Ducks! 🤟
C. Smith: Going to be wearing my Ducks jersey at the game this Sep. Go Ducks!
Josh Huff.....one of the most UNDERRATED oregon Duck....EVVVVEEERRRRR!!!
Agreed!
Gotta ask why you didn't include the 99 yd fumble return against Utah. That shit cracks me up to this day! XD
Honestly was a hard decision to leave that out. There were about 15 plays that didn’t make it. I ranked that one at #11. Just missed the cut
Yah isn’t that where he dropped it into the one yard line I watched that game
@@williamward7147 ya i watched it too...thats all that guy will ever be known for
Yet we still get receivers dropping the ball before the end zone. You would think that play would of made sure receivers held the ball all the way across the end zone.
I’m super surprised Ed Dicksons TD at Arizona wasn’t in here. Awesome video!
Maybe that was before 2010 I can’t remember. My apologies lol
It was in 2009.
@@gregbrown6430 thank you sir
My first Duck game was the infamous “Toilet Bowl” back in ‘82 so every game since has been like a highlight reel!
Dude, thanks so much for this awesome video. I started cheering for Oregon in 2010, when everyone was getting excited about the undefeated team and the national championship and I was starting to understand football. Great to relive these awesome memories!
Now this does put a smile on my face

I'd nearly forgotten what a walking highlight reel DAT was, as a Duck.
Every time he touched the ball you knew that you might see something astounding.
Limiting the best to 10 has to be a nearly impossible task. Good representation tho. Thanks
That Fiesta Bowl vs K.State play by DeAnthony , the announcers dialog is forever burned in my mind for life. Was Epic...."there he goes and.....THERE HE GOES, HES GONE!!!....."

Great set of plays, sir!
N.B. DAT is in 3 of them!
#1 definitely the most satisfying!
Still blows my mind just how quick DAT was. Quick, fast, agile, shifty. Not enough words to describe him.
I miss DAT. Guy was just freakin' electric. I'll never forget him turning that WSU corner inside out.
The WSU DB probably won’t forget it, either.
Watching this in 2024, after they introduced the Generation O campaign, and it’s crazy that the current gen of student athletes have grown up *only* knowing this Oregon.
This was beautiful
maybe its just me but the 2020 rose bowl Herbert game winning run is top 3 for me
The fumble return vs Utah belongs on here
I feel like mariota's escape + shovel pass vs MSU could've made an appearance, but not bad overall.
Man being A die hard Oregon fan is so damn lovely(PAUSE)😭😭💚💚💚💚💚
Been at autzen my whole life but for some reason that Josh Huff endzone catch from Marcus is most special memory to me!
I was at that Rose Bowl against FSU. Man that crowd was electric
I love my Oregon ducks since 2003 💚💛🦆scoducks !!!
Tremendous list. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. 🦆
everytime I see videos like this I always cry
This man thomas ran 94 yards in 10 seconds lol
DeAnthony Thomas is by far the fastest person I've ever seen, my guy is an absolute jet😂
I was fortunate enough to see 10, 7, 6, and 1 in person 😃
Don't forget the two quarterbacks who couldn't decide who was gonna take it in. So they both took it in lol. fax
This is ridiculously well made 🦆🦆🦆
Those may be some of the best plays of the Decade for the Ducks but the number one play of all time is Kenny Wheaton the pick
I would agree with the list and the order except for #1...while pivotal, that play and win over UW IMO was not #1...it would be around #5ish.
so much fun watching highlights so sad as well knowing how each season will end with no natty
Ohhh Hell Yeah!
I remember all of these!
Man, Oregon killed everyone with that offense before Mario Cristobal took over. Helfrichs reaction was hilarious vs Utah
the carrington catch vs utah coulda been missed but good vid
Nice list, but I kept waiting for Masoli to Maehl in 2009 on the road against Nick Foles and Arizona. That game was ridiculous.
As ridiculous and awesome a play it may have been, this list was just for the last decade. Your play was just outside the cut.
3:12🤣🤣
The look on his face
Duck games hit different when ur there
I’m surprised the DAT one against WSU or maybe Stanford where he makes the DB spin around like 3 times isn’t on here.
2012 was the best Duck team ever. Damn you Stanford.
I was at Sun Devil stadium with an Oregon fan for #9 and as an ASU fan it was awful but typical. The entire night, and basically Todd Graham's tenure, our defensive philosophy was why leave one receiver open when we can leave two.

Cannot wait for NCAA
JM#23 tying the natty against Auburn?

kstate fan just disgusted
I wish we have a seson
well looks like you'll get your wish
Ya same
But we are having seson
94 yards in 10 seconds 🤯
While dodging players😏

Touchdown for the OP
I’ve got to play on the ducks field scored one on the left end zone
There are so many big plays that should have been on this list over others... No. 1 wouldn't have made my top 20
Just realized it's 2010 to 2020 🙈 lool.. No. 1 is still not top 10, js
Somersault for the TD?
I was at that game for #1. What about Kenny wheaton?
Nvm of the decade got it.
we need another DeAnthony Thomas, and a few other names that have come and gone, he was electric
Not enough Marcus Mariota the 🐐 of Oregon
We need Verdell to do it again against Iowa State coming up!!!!!

I thought for sure the Utah fumble that Oregon picked up at the goal and returned for a TD would be #1. Didn't even make the list....wow!
cj verdel is not 1 its marriota
DAT's fastest kickoff return shouldve been #1 in my opinion
You always got to put a big play against Washington as the number 1...... Always.

3 black mamba plays & definitely coulda added 3 more 😂
Black mamba with 3 highlights
Bro the ref almost died at number 3😭😭
Really? No Kenny Wheaton?
Definitely got 9 better plays they could’ve used
Seriously, Marcus Mariota won the Heisman trophy and only gets 1 highlight? SMDH😲
I'm so glad the Beavs got rid of those uniforms from the #2 highlight. Those things were so ugly.
1:06 😂
Awe come on. Ditch number 7 because the score was 35-0.
Only play missing is the Fake Statue of Liberty from Dixon
Oops that was 07. So many good years recently
No Kenny Wheaton???
This is only from 2010-2019
@@t-swagggaming that's what I get for not reading the title.

Its an insult to lamike and dat to put herberts puny run ahead of them
