Do I want to focus one monolith after completing them all to get the corruption up? or should i focus on getting them all up? I have one currently right around 800
When one is high the others go up more quickly. Try to kill the monolith's boss twice before resetting by killing the Shade to maximize efficiency. Also you can targetfarm items by focussing on certain monoliths, you should do that for sure.
Is there any priority for common echo rewards? Are exp good? Afflix vs glyph vs rune? Which are rarer out in the world/more valueable/powerful? Glyphs or runes? Are exp tomes good? Gold has been really low amounts in black sun not empowered. Do the amounts get bigger in empowered echos? Just trying to figure out what I should go for reward wise
You usually go for what your character currently needs because you complete so many it mostly doesnt matter which ones you take but if you need something like Runes for example really bad, it makes sense to favor those. Mostly I just right-click an echo and go though.
Last Epoch really fucked me up with this Monolith - to the point I HAD to watch vid likey yours. The problem was - I completed an Echo, then you have to use the portal and it sends you back to some base - and this is where the problem was - usuallly when you are on the map there is a marker to show where your character was. Nope, not here - I return to some base and the whole fcking time I thought that I was back at the Monolith of Faith (even though there was no marker for my character) and kept wandering and cursin LE for not showing me what to do the next - coz I filled the stability to max 500 but I couldn't progress my quest. Because, when you use the fucking portal after you finish and echo, YOU ARE NOT SENT BACK TO THE Monolith of Faith - you are send to some bs place that is not even on the map. So, I kept runining in circle wandering what I was doing wrong, coz LE didn't even bother to show me where the fck I am on the map. Only after watching your vid and seeing you press the travel button to go to the Monolith I decided to press it also even though I thought that I was already there. And, what would you know, all of a suddeon I was actually at the Monolith and only then did I understand that the previous place (when you use the portal) and the Monolith are 2 FCKING SEPARATE THINGS. Thanks, LE. Still, once you get out of this bs, it IS an interesting end game mode - not gonna lie. Especially with my Warlock - I am breezing through the echoes like it is nothing - I guess choosing Ghostflame, Chtonic Fissure, Profane Veil, Wandering Spirits and Chaos Bolts (as my basic attack) and playing around the synergy with the skills makes it quite an enjoyable end game.

The depth of bosses is refreshing to see. Seems to be a nice middle ground between the easy D4 bosses and manic PoE ones.
Bosses are delightful to say the least! They are incredibly fun and the perfect mixture between Challenge and Reward.

Do you need empowered monoliths before you can start building up corruption?
No, but you dont do it before Empowered.

I'm having difficulty transitioning from monoliths to empowered, the jump in difficulty from 100 corruption is tough...
Cap your resistances and stack +Health, +% increased Health, and Hybrid Health everywhere possible.
