Hey Javonne! I felt so discouraged about my weight. I was 230 pounds and I’m 5’3 so I was a little fat Oompa Loompa 😂 my main goal was to get out the 200’s so each month I set a goal to lose 10 pounds. Then I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year. After seeing a nutritional therapist and working out more I now weigh 183 pounds and fine as ever & pre diabetic 💃🏾Just set goals and you’ll start notice a big difference, and try eating at home more ❤
Im a 7yr breast cancer survivor! Keep your head up, and remember God can do all things! This is not the end! It's only the start of your testimony ❤ God is faithful!

It's sad Sis because African American women carry the highest risk of developing fibroids. That's why yearly paps and check ups are very important. Most women don't even know they have fibroids until it starts causing a lot of issues. Preventative care is the best solution. I stay in my primary doctors office.....as soon as something seems off, I make an appointment .....lol!! 😀
I was having a very heavy flow .I was always thirsty and eating ice .It got so bad I was in pain and I never had. Cramps .When I finally went to doctor .I was anemic .I had fibroids and the only option I was given was a hysterectomy! I was lucky to have already had my daughter… That was about 11 years ago ! Stay up to date on your check ups and if something feels off go on in to get a check up !

I’ve been watching you for years and now watching you sometimes it makes me emotional because sometimes your personality and other qualities remind me of my grandma who passed away and I miss her so much so watching you now since she’s gone help me to always remember her ❤
Recently my mom has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She first noticed when she felt lumps in her breast, she mentioned it to her doctor but he didn’t test her for anything so my mother noticed that the lumps were getting bigger so she got an second opinion. I still thank God til this day that she got the correct diagnosis from someone who took time to listened to her. To sum up the story the doctor had to remove her right lymphoid and both of her breast, she is still battling cancer and is now going through chemotherapy. I believe she is a walking miracle for God has blessed her to be here with us and in the greatest spirits. ❤🙏🏼

But, you know what I am changing that I have never done when it comes to being my best version is remembering that my body is my temple and asking God to help me through this. I have asked him for many things but never really prayed to lose weight and be my healthier self.
