- अचार (भारतीय अचार) बहुत से फलों एवं मसालों से बना एक स्वादिष्ट चटपटा व्यंजन है जो प्राय: दूसरे पकवानों के साथ खाया जाता है। पूरे भारतवर्ष के रसोई में अचार का अद्वितीय स्थान है। हिन्दुस्तान में अचार के अनेका-नेक प्रकार फलों एवं शब्जियों से बनाए जाते है।

My wife made Jackfruit oily Achar without consulting recipe which resulted tasteless n kachha Achar.It is kept in a glass jar with air tight cap.I tasted It,but Achar is not sour also.plz.now guide me I will try to get a tasty n well tendered pickle.Thanks. await your reply.

1) Sabse phele aapke achar mein jitna bhi extra oil ho aap usse nikalde.
2)Firh apne achar ke quantity ke hisab se usmein crushed garlic aurr achar Ka masala dalde (agar aap achar ke masale ki recipe dekhna chate hai toh aap humare channel pr jaake dekh sakte hai)
3)Ab masale dalne ke baad aap ussmein apne achar ki quantity ke hisab se sirka (vinegar) daale
4)Saare masale dalne ke baad ab apka achar dry ho chuka hai ab usmein aapne jo achar se oil alag kiya hai usse dalde (agar bohot zyaada ho toh zyaada na daale)
5)Ab Aapka achar tayar ho chuka hai iss achar mein sirka ki vajah se thodi sourness (kathas) aaygi lekin aap iss achar ka asli maza lene ke liye 10-15 din ka intezaar kare
6)Isse ek kaach ki barni mein bhar kr rakhe aur enjoy kare!
