Question: If 4 keys are programmed, 2 of them are lost. Is there a way to erase the two keys, which are not present from the system, without having to erase all keys and reprogram the physically present 2 keys?
@@adasaimingbyjackshort2123 Thank you for the quick response! We have 2 identical Ford vehicles. On the first one, I have successfully added 2 additional keys with FDRS. Then I took those 2 additional keys and added them as additional keys to the second vehicle - at least I thought that by "programming" only a read out of the chip and transponder unique numbers was meant. I was wrong. By adding them to the second vehicle, those keys must have been modified while in the backup slot, because afterwards they did not work for the first vehicle. So now I have two ghost keys in the first vehicle. If they are sold in a few years' time, I will need to erase the ghost keys from the first vehicle. So, anyone who is playing with the idea to program one key for 2 vehicles - don't try it - this is not an option, at least not for Ford.
It is Beautiful
Great vid! Any suggestions on keypad code retrieval on a 2021 Ford Ranger with ignition keys only? Thanks
Second this, only got ignition keys while purchasing the brand new truck. Don't want to give them more money for a remote key fob

Hi, no you cannot erase individual key. You have two options to add additional keys or erase all and start new with minimum two keys
