Actually you're wrong about the power requirements for the RTX 4080 Super. It would be insane if it actually took 750 watts for the GPU only. The 750 watts recommended on the RTX 4080 Super is taking into account the entire system with estimations for the other parts. The RTX 4080 Super uses 320 watts max unless overlocked it might go a little higher. It doesn't actually account for a CPU that uses insane power like the 14900KS though. I think you're right about that system with that CPU and that GPU needing more power though so you're not riding on the edge with it and straining the PSU way more than it was built to handle.
