No criticality, nothing thought-provoking or insightful and there was nothing about Alia that I learnt that I already did not know or could not have found out through her appearances on KJo's talk show. The interviewer conducted the interview well and was very professional, patient and articulated the questions well. But, when she was calling out to her colleague towards the end I felt she shouldn't have made a statement about her being busy gossiping (she seemed to say it in a light hearted manner). The interview was focused on women being leaders and achieving laurels and this statement of hers just bought down women's image. I know I'm reading too much into it, but this observation almost instantly popped into my mind the minute I heard the interviewer say that.
