It's sort of ridiculous how people are complaining about the new Utah team playing in the Delta Center next year when it's far from the worst or weirdest stadium for NHL hockey. Like a lot of examples from this video, it's also probably only going to be their home for a few years until a new arena is built.
Decision to be made in May 16 if the Coyotes’ new arena will be built. If not, it is certain they will move. Parties in Houston (NHL ready arena) and Salt Lake City (arena needs to be modified) have been interested and have met with the NHL recently
Nothing wrong with that in my humble Ontario opinion! Also, only in Canada would the championship trophy, The Grey Cup (one of the most beautiful in any sport) get broken in half while the winning team celebrated!
What is the weirdest rink you’ve ever been to?
Definitely all minor hockey rinks 😂
lol there are some funky barns in the minors for sure
Fritz Dietl in Westwood, NJ; used to play hockey there. Was a former chair manufacturing building turned into a rink; rink has 90 degree corners lol
the old commack arena on long island former home of minor league hockey team the long island ducks
The whalers played in a mall
The Rays wish they could fill the dome like the Lightning did when they played there.😂
Haven’t the whalers played in a mall?
The Cotton Bowl was also used for a Winter Classic between the Stars and Predators.
Ohio Stadium is also planning to host the Winter Classic.
You missed the outdoor games at target field and TCF bank stadium. Both played by the wild.

Interesting, I hadn’t heard the rumors about Salt Lake City.
And now Lake Tahoe is getting an ECHL team
Only a Canadian would build an arena underneath a Football field.

@@jayanxietyThe same CFL that had 2 teams with the same name?
the Arizona relocation rumors are not new they have been around for years
They should've relocated in 2011. Now they're stuck in a 4600 seat arena that's half empty.
