Best gym in the area and it’s not even close!! Very welcoming environment great for beginners and advanced lifters, staff is knowledgeable, and having the chiropractor on site is amazing for recovery or any troublesome injuries. Highly recommend checking out if you are in the area!
Nice setup! How do you go about operating the gym 24 hours being a small business. Do you have staff that works through the night or does each member have a way of accessing the building when they want?
We keep 24/7 surveillance and other safety mechanism but the members get keys. We have tailgating cameras too to notify us of people sneaking in. We do our sign ups by appointment to save on the overhead of staffing.

Very little regulation in the gym space. Get good equipment with a good lease and market the hell out of it. Put everything in an LLC and you’re good to go.
Honestly if you had to buy all this equipment you would be upwards over 100k. The build out would depend on the existing structure. I got a fantastic deal on this because I bought it in 2020 when everyone was terrified. Buy an asset when it’s low and ride it to the top.
