I lived in Tallahassee when the Noles hired Leonard Hamilton as head coach. People asked who is this guy, and he turned out to be a great coach, leader and recruiter. I think Coach Shrew is a great hire and reminds me a lot like Coach Hamilton. Defense, toughness and disciplined players who can hit their free throws were the heart of some pretty good Noles' teams.
