Ahhh the mid 1990s, the "how the hell did this get on television" era of television cartoons including Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Cow and Chicken (birthed from What A Cartoon), Dexter's Lab (same), etc. I remember these cartoons well. :)
Scott Wills really stepped out of John Kricfalusi’s Ren & Stimpy to create this short. The unhinged, violent humor combined with the art style essentially makes this a clone to R&S. That’s actually not a bad thing!
Some of the people who worked on this including Jim Smith & Lynne Naylor worked with them, so they must have taken influences from various projects they worked on over the years.

I have been working in financial environment, and in some nice day I remembered that I had watching this cartoon when I was a little. Then, when I was watching this cartoon Cartoon Network in my country was only in english speech and I remember that I had the same fun as acctualy. I just wanna say that as a zoomer myself, this is one of my favorite shorts that I've ever seen, and it holds a special place in my heart since the first time I stumbled upon it on this website as a kid. The amount of talent enshrined in this single cartoon is amazing and I'm so glad that after so many years, this will finally make the rounds on adult swim. I really don't understand how anyone can hate this. It's like they've never watched cartoons to begin with.

Underrated pilot, dunno if it would've translated well to a full series (almost feels more like they wanted this to be a one-off short) but the mixture of CN renaissance staff (Craig McCracken, Genndy Tartakovsky, Rob Renzetti, etc) and some of the best of the Ren & Stimpy crew (Scott Wills, Chris Reccardi, Lynne Naylor, Bob Jaques, Mike Fontanelli, Jim Smith, Ramon Zibach) creates this perfect mixture between Dexter's Lab/PPG and Games-era R&S. It's leagues above Tales of Worm Paranoia by Eddie Fitzgerald which tries to emulate the energy of the prime Spumco years of Ren and Stimpy but just has too much clunk in its animation
If they greenlited as a TV show, most episodes would be rated as TV-Y7 and some ones, TV-PG due to some violence. Maybe would be known for the animation a mix of early Spumcö-era R&S episodes and Dexter's Lab.
