    Unbelievable that they are still rocking a tiny little display like that considering the price. Get with the times.

    The biggest downside is the 3mm filament

    I regret buying this one. I was new to 3D printing and I literally have to scrub the nozzle before each print because the automated cleaning fails comically and I have to stare at the first layer and manually adjust the z-offset to get 90%+ success rate for each print. It's the worst purchase I've ever made. I got a prusa MK3S and wow! I just start the print and forget about it. Only time it ever fails is if I didn't get the supports right, which is about as much as you can ever expect. I love my Prusa and I'd sell my workhorse for $500 if anyone wants it along with a crap ton of 3MM filament I bought with it. Any takers?

    Yeesh....3000 gets you 3D printed structural parts, a tiny monochrome LCD, and a nozzle-based leveling system. They should try selling them for $1000 and just try to sell 3x as many.

      The parts to build it cost more than that. Also labor isnt free.

    The 5v conductive auto level is just... stupid.. It is a giant PIA.. The lulz line of printers are overpriced. There are printers much cheaper that have twice the features and produce better prints.

    You can build 2 Vorons for that price. Damn that's expensive!

    • @mjethier

      I'm running mine now. If i knew, I'd have gone Voron or something with full linear rails. its an amazing printer. but its noisy, seemingly cannot be upgraded and almost proprietary to Lulzbot only stuff. Then the issue of lulzbot going out of business and being bought imo curbed innovation bigtime.

    I doubt this is anywhere near the quality of a voron on my modified ender 6 running klipper and a modded biqu H2

    those areoheads get bad thermal runaway without a silicone stock, read amazon reviews, did they even test these?

    • @Anyone700
      @Anyone700 5 лет назад

      Have you even tested it? Amazon reviews are amazon reviews, they can be bought. Also average IQ is only 100, maybe higher in 3D printing community, but there are still morons. I only use K-type thermocouple and 60W heater with mine though. I also use a nickel plated copper hotend. Hey maybe the normal Titan aero's do have heating issues, but with my configuration I have never had a problem... except when I had inadequate strain relief and the single strand wires in my k-type thermocouple broke.

      @@Anyone700 I have I bought it when it 1st came out and me and many other users encountered thermal runaway problems until putting a sock on it. It would still jam often though and generally a pain in the azz and totally not worth the money
