Super. I've always wanted to make a fantasy four truck Heisler with "D" (8 wheel) geared trucks, rather than "B" (4 wheel) geared trucks. I'd bet that the four truck Heislers 32 drive wheels would pull the wallpaper right off of the wall. 💙 T.E.N.
@@bluefoxy6478 I saw some people are making custom four truck Bachmann Shays. But they are custom made and selled by them. Bachmann itself didn't made one in the large scale version, may in HO scale.
if you go on google and type in heisler diesel you'll find some interesting infomation about one heisler that was converted to a diesel. It was Elk River Lumber Co's #3 then when it was sold to to a plywood mill. Thats when it got the diesel and it was reumbered and named U.S. Plywood #54. Its still in storage from what i've read. I can send anyone the link if you want to see a picture
funny thing you say that, I was just given one for free the other day. I replaced the motor in it so it runs better. I still think they should make a 3 truck Heisler I don't like the Rivarossi one.

I love rivarossi heislers 2 truck and 3 truck versions I am getting a 3 truck version very soon.
