I like it when Kidd said that it's not just him by himself. He has a team of assistant coaches and he listens to their feedback. He doesn't necessary see himself as a head coach but more of a manager of assistant coaches and can relate to all of them. I like the mix of assistant coaches including the one that coached Luka for the National team. I was excited he was joining the staff. I look forward to this season. Home court seeding is the goal and get past the 1st round. Everything else is gravy.
Slovenians have a proverb, "in the third attempt it will ( go) succeed", or "in the third it will go". Coach Jason Kidd tried twice unsuccessfully as the head coach and now in the third attempt he is supposed to succeed, so, that says the Slovenian proverb and I believe in it.
I'm still wondering what Tolliver is doing there... teaching them how to do layups? The only coach worth mentionning is Igor Kokoskov and he didnt appear in this presentation...
