      Lots of karma into play. If the engine gets a bit hotter than usual, because that day something was different, 1 in 10 times one hose bursts... Then the demand for hoses is higher than usual... Then they put children to make sub-optimal hoses... In a company that tomorrow (maybe?) won't be theirs, because the other case does exist, working as a children in something that tomorrow will be yours... Imagine taking the roll of fiberglass mat for painting over wall cracks and applying some wrap just after the hose gets out of the tube shaping mold...

      Somehow I think these are better quality hoses than automated factory prodused chinese ones, where less rubber and shorter lenght eguals better profits. if hose is only 1/4" too short customer still can use it, but on 30 hoses it gives one extra hose.
      It also allway makes me smile when people are horrified by the safety, never I have seen loss of fingers or toes, in these videos.
      And bystanders/co-workers were terrified how close my fingers were to a bandsaw blade while cutting, but as long you don't have safety obstructions to block your view you see how close you can have your hands or fingers

      Uh, in case you haven't noticed, there's a class called the "working poor" here in the great ol' you ess of ay. Federal minimum wage is still a miserable $7.25 an hour, which isn't even close to enough to make some kind of living. There are plenty people here who work 2 jobs and 60-70 hours a week and they're still stuck living in a car. At least over there the cost of living is low so wages stay low. Here the cost of living can vary wildly and leave working families in the street.

      @@fordguy8792 both of my parents died in an accident when I was 13…they both worked minimum wage jobs and so did my aunt who took me in after that horrible day. At 14, I got a job on a dairy farm at $11/hour and worked there every day after school from 4:30- 7pm and 10am-8pm on the weekends and at 16, I had $10k saved up and I rented my own 1 bed apartment and bought a nice truck. Graduated HS with $12k saved and used part of it for a down payment for a logging machine(skidder)….10 years later(now) I made just under $300k last year and my 2 very uneducated but very hard working employees both made around $65k.
      Here in this amazing country, if you want it bad enough, you’ll get it! I came from nothing…broke, alone and lost but learned at an early age that money does create happiness and I couldn’t get enough! If it doesn’t for you, good! That means you are happy with your choice to be broke and I don’t think any less of you! I just don’t want to hear you cry about your waitress or Walmart or strip mall job, not paying your bills!
      You chose the easy route but here in 🇺🇸, you can take the hard route and for me, $300k/year isn’t enough so I’m gonna work harder and buy more equipment and continue 12-16 hour days until I make over a million dollars/year!
      Then I’ll start to party and make friends and have kids.

    Excellent work ! The master and his crew deserved all the credit. Prerfect example of “Hard working + Talent “. The missing part in all Pakistan Repair videos is the “ professional working culture”. I grow up in a similar society ( Turkey ) back in 1970s .I worked in a car mechanic shop ( cleaning carburetors, and spark plugs etc). These workers do not have the concept of “ safety “ that we ( in USA) know. They learned skills simply mimicking their uncles / masters. The current “working environment culture “ is comming from generation to generation. For them “ this the work conditions “. They are happy with what they are doing .
    The system will not change unless there is a enforcement by superiors (i.e. government )
    This is something can be achieved if the government comes up with better training, affordable power tools, improved “ working condition” standards, training and imposing the laws. We are talking about “paradigm shift” here.
    So, once implemented there will be improved efficiency and better human health, and prosperity of the society. Like it is happening in developed countries.
    For example ; In USA history “Civilian Conservation Corps” had achieved the paradigm shift and improved standards for the workplace safety.

      @@TheFeFactor So, according to your retarded logic, having your kids participate in the family business means you hate them. How the hell do you arrive at that conclusion without being a western snob who clearly cannot conceive that in other parts of the world a formal education may not do that much in the way of putting food on your table or equipping you with a useful trade. Your statement is such a pile of sanctimonious drivel because, if you ask most western kids, a large chunk of them will tell you that they hate/hated school. So why are you so insistent that we should ram a formal education down every third world kids throat when so many western kids don't give a toss about the formal education they get for free and did not find it of much value. The truth is that 3/4 of what we learn at school in the west is of no use to us whatsoever.

    • @oliveroliver2834
      @oliveroliver2834 2 года назад

      @@TheFeFactor This video is not from Chinese so your that's no argument. My point is that, what works in the west or in china does not necessarily work for Pakistanis. Another point that should shut you up, is that formal education is not for everybody. Everybody is not meant to have a degree. There are always going to managers and laborer's, chiefs and Indians , bosses and workers, so your misguided notion that formal education must be for everyone is just plain dumb and smacks of western snobbishness and arrogance. The next time a cleaner, a plumber, or a nanny comes to work at your house why don't you insist that they to go back to school and see how long it takes before your house becomes a mess,; your drains overflow, and your kids start to run amok. You only choose to cry about what you consider a "personal insult" because you cant deal with my arguments. And you have the nerve to call me a snowflake?

    By the time those young boys are 30 yrs old their lungs will be shot. They should be at school, There is no doubt these men work hard for their living but the product is if very poor quality. There is no reinforced fabric within these radiator hoses to stop them expanding under pressure which is needed to stop a vehicle from overheating. Check out a regular European radiator hose and you will what I mean.
