So from 01:41 to 02:29 the audio is messed up because the original song got copyright claimed (even though it shouldn't have but whatever) so that's why the audio cuts in and out weird & also continues when I'm talking 🙄🥵
Wow, that jacket! Definitely worth the price for a quality item. So glad you got it. Can't wait to see how you will style it when fall finally gets here!
I love watching your videos especially ones when you buy shoes I'm always so self conscious about my big feet and you always make me feel confident. *We wear the same size*
Love your videos keep them coming ❤!! I am glad to see your doing good when their is wild fire going on in Canada, I hope everyone in Canada is safe !!
YAY - you bought the leather jacket I was drooling over - and is exactly what my husband has been looking for for years!!! I actually sat and clapped when I saw it on you. Worth every Canadian Penny. (PS if you come to Australia our dollar has tanked and you would love our Op Shop community.)
the black long dress with the puffed short sleeves its giving goth grandma, also wow thrift stores in California could never, the ones from Canada just look unmatched 😭 Im so GLAD you got the leather jacket! it's awesome!
Welcome to Montreal to experience a totally different thrift shopping, Alexa. I am willing to be your guide since I wander almost every thrift shop here.
So cool meeting Jenna. ❤ 😂 Alexa you’re funny 😂 Jenna brings out this sassy sunshine 😂❤ yes please more videos of Vancouver adventures. Omg I want to go to Canada so bad ❤
It was very surreal seeing you walk into my local Value Village! Glad you liked Vancouver 🥰 If you want to venture out into the suburbs next time you visit, I recommend the Value Village in New Westminster (Queensborough) I usually have great luck there!
yay welcome to Canada !!! hopefully next time you can get to Toronto / Ontario - we have some amazing thrifting and vintage shopping here ! but I do hear Van is amazing too !
I find it so funny when americans say they're in Canada, without specifying which part. Like imagine if a Canadian went to the states and was like, I'm in America, without saying which coast they are on. It's so broad, and Canada is such a big country, you could literally be anywhere.
The Salvation Army on Fell in North Van was one of my favourite thrift shops when I was living there! It's fun to bike the trail back to the Capilano area after. There's also a smaller store on Lonsdale which is good for active gear :)
The Port Coquitlam Value Village is the best! So big and an amazing selection. I found two waistcoats from there and a couple of vintage midi skirts. Plus I found my friend a bunch of pieces for summer. 10/10. 🙌🏻
Can’t walk down a row without seeing Wilfred, Babaton, TNA… good old Canadian thrift stores 😂 I love finding the vintage polyester shirts, weird grandpa sweater designs, and the old school blazers. The made in Canada/US union labor tags as well are always interesting.
Next time you need to go to Vancouver island !!! The thrifting is so much better + really small towns with amazing prices !! I got a pair of brand new carhartts for $10 and a leather trench for $4 !!
Aside from having a chip on my shoulder that Alexa didn't buy that absolutely adorable chocolate chip cookie themed pajamas, it appeared that thrifting in Canada wasn't as stinky as the times that Alexa apparently stepped in poop on multiple occasions.
I definitely recommend Talize in Delta. It’s a bit of a trek from Vancouver but worth it if you have access to a car in my opinion. I often find a lot of vintage pieces there and its a bit cheaper than the VV in the city. RIP the Hastings value village, I miss it 😢
I absolutely love the pattern on the white top you're wearing! I'm trying to think of the name for those little hearts and the detailing. I'd love to know because these sorts of tops are my favourite!!
I was in Vancouver over the May long weekend. First time didn't get the chance to thrift that much ( some of my friends is not that much into thrifting) but I found a nice vintage shop in Gastown..got a popcorn top and a silk blouse for like $23
American Apparel mom shorts are my favorite thing! I have three pairs and I wear them all the time in the summer! I wish AA was as good as it used to be because mine are starting to get a little worn 😭
So from 01:41 to 02:29 the audio is messed up because the original song got copyright claimed (even though it shouldn't have but whatever) so that's why the audio cuts in and out weird & also continues when I'm talking 🙄🥵
Alexa and Jenna!!! I love this!!
Yaaaaaas ❤🎉
Vancouverite here! Talula is actually an old Aritzia in-house brand, so congrats you bought an Aritzia piece after all 😊

Wow, that jacket! Definitely worth the price for a quality item. So glad you got it. Can't wait to see how you will style it when fall finally gets here!

Those American apparel shorts fit you sooo well! That was a great purchase. And I have no words for that leather jacket, it's absolutely stunning
Yay! Alexa I’m so glad you’re getting out there! I bet Canada feels soooo nice this time of year.
It was beautiful!!!! The weather was surprisingly super sunny!
the jacket is soooo goood!!!
Talula is an Aritzia brand!!! So now not only have you touched an Aritzia piece of clothing, you own one :)
Came to the comments to say this hehe

The neckline of that tank was super cute! I would've totally bought it!!
It was very surreal seeing you walk into my local Value Village! Glad you liked Vancouver 🥰

@@shirinlune I believe it’s on 47/ Victoria it used to be an old super value or Safeway and has that archon ceiling
Y'all are so cute together! Out of all my friends, only 1 likes to go thrifting, but BOY do we have fun when we do!
So glad you got that jacket! I was eyeing it even before you picked it out. Worth it!
That jacket is everthing ❤love it!❤❤
The collab I needed ❤️
Ahh I remember these thrift stores from when I was studying abroad in Canada 🥰
Talula is actually an older aritzia brand, so definitely not vintage but a great find!
yay welcome to Canada !!! hopefully next time you can get to Toronto / Ontario - we have some amazing thrifting and vintage shopping here ! but I do hear Van is amazing too !
I keep saying you and Carrie need to come to Nova Scotia, Canada. We have thrift stores that are bins you dig through! It is heaven!!!
Loved this video :) great haul! PS: Talula is an Aritzia brand!

It's just easier for a title 😅 but yeah downtown Vancouver specifically! Kind of similar to when I did my thrift with me in the UK! ❤
Nothing to do with Alexa, but "I’m going to Africa" is even more common and worse.
Hahah i totally understand! I live in the netherlands and americans always talk about Europe. Ok cool but do you know how big Europe is.. 🙈
I loveeee seeing you together 🥰
Obsessed with the leather jacket AND docs! Replacing the insoles is a great option for used shoes 🎉
The floral skirt is so pretty!!
Yay! Welcome to Canada! Enjoy our dollar 😂💓
Ahhh, you're here in Vancouver! You went to the Value Village near my house. How I wish I saw you. Hope you're enjoying your stay here❤
Omg I loved the Dynamite blue cami 😍 as a fellow Canadian, vintage Dynamite is one of my favorite vintage brands to find, mostly due to nostalgia.
Coming from Jenna's channel. Sending support, love, and kindness from Lexington, Michigan, USA
Welcome ! ☺️❤️
The sandals are fab! I think you will get a lot of wear out of them. Even cute in California winters with ankle socks.
LIVING for this crossover ❤
OMG!! JENNA & ALEXA TOGETHER!!😍🥰
those purple overalls are an beautiful color
omg i had those exact american apparel shorts in like 2016/2017! classic
Best crossover ever!! 💖
that moto jacket is WILD!!! What a great find!
That leather jacket is giving Chad Michael Murray in Freaky Fridayyyyy
The Salvation Army on Fell in North Van was one of my favourite thrift shops when I was living there! It's fun to bike the trail back to the Capilano area after. There's also a smaller store on Lonsdale which is good for active gear :)
A great trip to Canada so fun
I went to visit my family in DT Vancouver this past summer and went to the EXACT same first two thrift stores as you!! 😂😊
The Port Coquitlam Value Village is the best! So big and an amazing selection. I found two waistcoats from there and a couple of vintage midi skirts. Plus I found my friend a bunch of pieces for summer. 10/10. 🙌🏻

Vintage polyester shirts? Who wants to wear polyester?🙃
@@juliekantorova9748 they have the BEST patterns though for the vintage polyester and rayon shirts. It’s Canada and spring/summer can be short 😂
@@juliekantorova9748 I love polyester as a hairstylist. Doesn’t get stained by bleach!
Welcome to our beautiful country Alexa!!! 😊😊 Great video❤❤
It was beautiful!!!!
i think talula is an old aritzia brand! :)
I love you both, you are beautiful and I really like your styles ❤️😍😍
Such great finds! ❤❤❤ I recently thrifted the exact gingham H&M top xd it is sad though that thrift stores are full of H&M and shein
Omg the second thrift store is my holy grail. I lived close by and always would go there. I’d always find designer stuff there.

This is the collab I’ve been waiting for my entire life!!! I love you both! I’m so happy to see y’all thrifting together 💞🥰
They did some videos with each other before!
Next time you need to go to Vancouver island !!! The thrifting is so much better + really small towns with amazing prices !! I got a pair of brand new carhartts for $10 and a leather trench for $4 !!
That jacket is amazing💜
QUEEN JENNA 👑👑👑😍😍😍
I adore that Wolverine jacket! You can cosplay Xmen! ❤️
Aside from having a chip on my shoulder that Alexa didn't buy that absolutely adorable chocolate chip cookie themed pajamas, it appeared that thrifting in Canada wasn't as stinky as the times that Alexa apparently stepped in poop on multiple occasions.
That dynamite blue top is exactly my type!!
The value village in Victoria (Vancouver Island) is 🔥. Definitely worth a trip over on the ferry from Vancouver :)
Yay Canada getting some rep 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
So cool to have you so close ! I'm a Vancouver islander here !
💖
I definitely recommend Talize in Delta. It’s a bit of a trek from Vancouver but worth it if you have access to a car in my opinion. I often find a lot of vintage pieces there and its a bit cheaper than the VV in the city.

Hunter and hare on union street and found in new west are both more boutique consignment
Should have gone to Richmond or Langley Value Village as well. Besides Victoria Dr., those are good too!

American Apparel mom shorts are my favorite thing! I have three pairs and I wear them all the time in the summer! I wish AA was as good as it used to be because mine are starting to get a little worn 😭
