Sadly, she had connections in the town government so she manage to get the street in from of my family's house decades a no parking zone just to inconvenience my family.

The substance they're referring to is not very chemically addictive, which means his addiction is probably largely behavioral. That's an addiction disorder, and yes, he does need help, but it's quite possible that he wasn't lying at any point, and possible that he can effectively fully recover from it in time. He wants out, he just can't. The catatonic depression is a not uncommon symptom of withdrawal while attempting to recover from an addiction disorder, even for substances that are not chemically addictive. Unfortunately, addiction disorders can heavily affect your psychology, so it's fairly likely he literally can't control it. Leaving to get more when his handler is out, not knowing how to find a balance, allowing it to break down his personality, these are all signs and symptoms of an addiction disorder. He really does need help, and without serious help he would most likely be addicted for life, but proper help is possible. I don't think the OP for that post should just stay with him, you're right on that. An intervention can be a catalyst to get help, but any factor that provides the motivation for change can do that as well. If she truly loves him and wants someone who is fairly similar to the man she fell in love with back, she can try to help him through the process of getting professional help, and try to provide him the motivation to do so. She can't be his handler anymore, she can't handle the emotional toll there, and that's okay, not many people can, but psychotherapy and possibly supervised detox could give her the results she wants, and would be good for him too. However, that's also a risk, because if he doesn't actually want to change enough to take therapy and detox seriously, it won't work. He will almost certainly relapse, that's part of the process, and she may not be able to handle that. It would not be morally or ethically wrong for her to take care of herself rather than putting herself through the long and painful process of helping him through addiction recovery. Frankly, I think the first step she should take is to get herself scheduled with a decent therapist. They can help her process through the pain and trauma caused by whatever decision she decides to make. She's stuck in a bad situation, with no perfect answers, and having a solid support system and professional help can make surviving that much easier. He can't be her primary support for the time being, at least, so she'll also want to make sure that she has friends, family, or other loved ones that she can reach out to when her mind is suffering. And yes, that includes the possible choice of her leaving. No matter what she chooses, it won't be easy, and she'll need people who will be there for her regardless of what she chooses. I do not envy her.

I have a true story when I was in 4rd grade and in 4rd grade there was a bully named Joseph and he was mean to ever one and I REALLY didn't like being ordered around or told things because once I encountered my first bully in 1st grade and because he disturbed my nap time I throw a chair at him I won't say his name because he is now my friend because he likes my mean vibe idk what he means but the story I was talking about, I don't liked to be bossed around and I saw someone talking about how mean he is and I thought nothing about it because I didn't know the person and he wasn't bothering me so the days went on and about 3 days later one of my friends said how Joseph bullied him and I said if he bullies one more person ill fix it a the next day during lunch I was about to drink my juice and Joseph was gonna bully me next and I got beyond pissed and I got up to knock the shit out of him but he said you don't wanna mess with me I'm in football and I have the best tackle and I knew that because my friend was in football and Joseph was on his team but I didn't care I just wanted to punch the shit out of him and only my friends know this about me I take karate classes to improve arm strength and soccer for my legs and boxing from my father and I could lift 100 pounds at that time and I was so pissed off I just said I don't care what ever your in I can still beat you up so just try to give me your best tackle. As someone who is high all the time, dude has a problem, more addiction than the actual substance. I smoke pot every hour, cut off 3 hours before work, and smoke when I'm home. If I want to, or I'm low on cash, I can go weeks without if needed. He's become completely reliant on it, get him to an addiction clinic.

I have a true story when I was in 4rd grade and in 4rd grade there was a bully named Joseph and he was mean to ever one and I REALLY didn't like being ordered around or told things because once I encountered my first bully in 1st grade and because he disturbed my nap time I throw a chair at him I won't say his name because he is now my friend because he likes my mean vibe idk what he means but the story I was talking about, I don't liked to be bossed around and I saw someone talking about how mean he is and I thought nothing about it because I didn't know the person and he wasn't bothering me so the days went on and about 3 days later one of my friends said how Joseph bullied him and I said if he bullies one more person ill fix it a the next day during lunch I was about to drink my juice and Joseph was gonna bully me next and I got beyond pissed and I got up to knock the shit out of him but he said you don't wanna mess with me I'm in football and I have the best tackle and I knew that because my friend was in football and Joseph was on his team but I didn't care I just wanted to punch the shit out of him and only my friends know this about me I take karate classes to improve arm strength and soccer for my legs and boxing from my father and I could lift 100 pounds at that time and I was so pissed off I just said I don't care what ever your in I can still beat you up so just try to give me your best tackle. Then he came at me at full speed ready to tackle me and I readied a punch that wouldn't make him bleed and punched him right in the face as he tackled full force while I punched him and I forgot he was also running full force at me so he was in alot of pain I think I don't exactly remember because right after I sat back down to drink my juice and well he was such a baby from my point of view and he just ran off and went to tell someone because some how only the other students saw and the camera and because the cameras are so and so they depended on other students and lucky for me lots of people thought of me as the good student and forgot about the past bully and most of them forgot about this incident so I could almost get away with everything so I got away with punching Joseph and yea that's my story

As someone who is high all the time, dude has a problem, more addiction than the actual substance. I smoke pot every hour, cut off 3 hours before work, and smoke when I'm home. If I want to, or I'm low on cash, I can go weeks without if needed. He's become completely reliant on it, get him to an addiction clinic.
