I am very glad I saw your video and read through your comments here as I was wondering if I should get UltraWorks or Ultrasabers (Korbanth is out of my budget) - Question clearly answered by you down below ! Malgus was a clear choice as it does not get edgier than that for myself, being a longtime SWTOR player and a Juggernaut tank main :D

Can you unscrew the wings on the blade?
How would you compare this to the one from Korbanth? From what I saw the one from Korbanth has a gold ring beneath the red button and the red button is a jewel. They both look nice but with the UW I can get a prekit and just use the chassis I already have from them for much cheaper
I only ever had the US Malice to compare and obviously the UW version is way better. I’m not sure about the Korbanth, but like you said the UW offer the prekits and are my go-to for Sabers nowadays. The build quality is incredible and I can save a ton on money by using existing hearts.

Correct. I actually have the Asteria, but I believe the Proffie uses the same two buttons. Also, thanks for your comment about my office on TikTok :)

You can make the blade any colour you like. Just switch it from orange to red :)
Is this as durable as the ultrasaber version? I saw that it's definitely better I. Accuracy and material wise but can it take a beating without breaking when dueling?
The UW version is definitely durable and duel worthy. However that US version is a beast, if a little heavy and oversized. I would defend my home with the US and display the UW. 😂
@@saber_life ok good because I just made the mistake of ordering US without looking at other companies which are made of betting material. However many channels have bad experiences with US while my friends have had very good experiences and so now I'm just waiting and hoping for the best.
Nice saber! Would you say its more of a one handed saber or does it fit comfortable 2 handed grip?
It could be either tbh. It’s definitely larger than most of my Sabers however it’s much more compact than say the Ultrasabers and Saberforge variations of it.

I would recommend the Asteria if you just want a functional saber with easily editable sound fonts. I’m forever having issues with Proffie updates and editing. It kind of depends on how much customisation you want to be doing :)

Yes. You could either purchase a pre-kit and have a Proffie or Asteria board. Alternatively buy an empty and put a xenopixel board in it :)

I owned the awful Ultrasabers version previously. It had the wrong colour LED, gold button and was MASSSIVE!. This is the far superior UW version with correct aesthetics, neopixel and removal chassis.

@@johnm4397 - the proffie’s offer more customisation, but the asteria’s are being constantly upgraded via firmware and are much easier to plug n’ play :)
