- Great Are You Lord
Words and Music by: David Leonard, Jason Ingram & Leslie Jordan

There are times we need just a simple song of praise that we can whip out when the Spirit moves. Even though this song is mostly the same three chords in a loop, there is so much room for just basking in God's greatness. Like I said before in my NoPro Worship series, not every song needs to be a self-contained sermon!

I wish I knew how to sing all of those different tones, tenor baritone base. WOW, you have such a huge range. I really admire your skills. I especially admire your desire to witness for God through your music.
plot-twist: they are octuplets
@@Andy-si1pl LOL, that is gold. 🤣
I'm going through so much emotional turmoil right now and ALL of the worship music you post has been amazing through it all
Great is our Lord!!! Praise God!!! Excellent job! I always enjoy hearing you!
Lovely 🎵 🎶 🎵. Thanks so much, David Wesley.
Thank you 😊
I love this song. One of my all time favorite praise songs. So glad you did this arrangement! Thank you and thank you for sharing! Keep praising Him! ☺️ 🙌
Such a talent, God given! 👏👏
So, so beautiful! Perfect start to my Saturday morning. Praises to the Lord for your voice, talents, and spirit!
One of my fav
I wish to thank David for sharing this awesome Christian music video with me .
I love this song! Your talents never cease to amaze me. Beautiful job ❤🙏
This is my favorite style of your videos. Keys + Guitar + Bass + Vocals + light percussion. Its a great groove and very singable (I just caught Mandy singing along with you)
Yeah, these can be fun to make - but the pressure of doing one-takes is high, as is resetting the camera for every instrument!😭
Well done David! Love the arrangement! Praise be to God!
Beautiful song beautifully sung and played, my brother. Watching this video had me thinking of what heaven will be like with the worship music there…maybe we’ll be able to open our mouths and sing and play instruments literally all at the same time in worship of King Jesus🧐. Thank you for sharing your talents 🤙🏼🙏🏼
Beautiful; so grateful that you witness to all of us through your music. be blessed, brother!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, David.
Praise God! Thank you!
This added so much to my devotion time this morning. Beautiful. Praise God!
Praise & thanks be to our Beloved Lord for blessing you with your amazing talents, and thank YOU for sharing these talents to inspire us in our worship of our AWESOME GOD.
Bless you and yours.❣
🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
WoW! I had never heard this song before. (I know. I live a sheltered life). This really showcases your talent and brings Praise to God.
You probably haven't been to the right church. This song goes out mainstream to every church! Even my church is crazy about this song!
@@williammorris89 Just because a certain song doesn't make it to a church doesn't make it the wrong church. Church is about more than the songs that are sung, it is about the relationships that exist among the body of believers.

Yes! Thank you, David! One of my favorites. Your arrangement is super. I say, "Well done!" and I believe Papa God agrees. \0/
❤️
Great job! Love this song!
Beautiful...Anointed and Gifted. Bless You!
Excellent, David. Thanks for spoiling us with your loving music 🎶 🎵 ❤
Great is God Almighty. The 'Great I Am'🙌🏾
Bro Praise the LORD
This is my favorite of your styles: your multitrack voice without other people; plus various accompaniments.
Thank you.
I love this song
I don't think I had heard this before, thank you for sharing this beautiful arrangement and performance!! Thank you as well for the blessings of your medical work!!
Thank you David. We sing this often in church. It's a beautiful expression of praise to our God.
Thank you so much for this encouragement
This was in my YT feed today and the words/music spoke directly and incredibly specifically to what I studied today. Thank you so much, David, for all that you do. The Lord has used your work mightily in my life and, as I can only imagine, in the lives of so many others. May He continue to bless you, yours and the important kingdom work you are doing.
I am new to this song as well. The harmonies, instrumenatation, rhythm and your reverent flow made this song touch my soul with remarkable exhilaration. Thank you so much for doing this and sharing it with all who have the good fortune of experiencing it. Countless blessings to you and your family, David.
I heard this song at the Asbury Revival!
Just beautiful. Beautiful worship. Thanks Bro
Bellísimo!
What a great way to connect in praise when we realize our very breath is held in His hands. That we are only still breathing because He has purposes for us here on earth - to glorify, shine His light and to PRAISE!
Thank you for this great song.
Beautiful
Just lovely David! I do love this song. Your harmonies are beautiful. Thank you. 😀
When I first heard this song playing at our church I bawled! Thanks for sharing with us the gift God gave you! Blessings from Waterloo :)
Wonderful as always.
Wonderfully done...again! 😊 One of my many favourites!
Another wonderful song!! Love how you showed every seperate layer in this song and put it all together to create one whole singular layer to create this piece. Such tallent. 😄😄
This is amazing. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Thank you, David!
🙌🏼
Well done!! That is a favorite worship song of mine. Hope all is well with you and your family.
Awesome ❤️❤️
Excelente! 😊
AMAZING! 💯
Hope you put in Spotify. I love it.
I’m afraid the licensing costs make that impractical.😭
I was playing along on the guitar on the 7th fret with G, D, A. Sounds great especially on the Chorus! Loved the video David!
But there needs to be a minor chord in there…
I love how this song sounds and you do a beautiful job with it. This is a song that I have personally chosen not to sing with our church as the lyric "heal every heart that is broken" is doctinally misleading. It was a sad choice to make because song itself is gorgeous
Consider Revelation 21:4: “ And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Looking at this in isolation, someone could use this as an argument against the existence of hell (and the suffering there). When this song says “You restore every heart that is broken,” we should consider the context. The person singing is doing so as an individual and a member of Christ’s redeemed bride. “Every heart” can be inclusive of singers of this song - those that truly call Jesus “Lord.”
at times like 3:00 with my bad viewing angle it looks like you have really small hands lol
Hey David love the song!!! What keyboard are you using?
Yamaha S90XS, which you can no longer get. :(
What software do you use to edit that together?
Adobe Premiere.
