Currently working from home, as so many of us are. Dealing with the loss of an instructor that I have known since I was 5, (43 now), and learning of another instructor I have known for just as long (but was much closer to) being brought home to Hospice. I decided that I needed a night of worship at home with my wife. So I am watching the tornado watch pass by and listening to worship music... Okay so it started when I woke up this morning to be honest. Even shared some spiritual conversation with a co-worker through email (we have a christian support group set up unofficially). Dear David! Thank you so much for this great adaptation. During my recent struggle against Leukemia (I’ve just received my second stem cell transplant and with God’s help and “with his stripes I am healed” - Isaiah 53, 5), I spent so much time in worship - sometimes crying like a baby, while worshipping, but still choosing to praise him, instead of surrendering to the circumstances. It’s a constant choice you have to make - but it’s so worth it. Let our praises EVER BE on our lips!
