How to manage personal distribution groups in Office 365

Using the most popular migration tools for an Office365 project, one of the most common issues is PERSONAL distribution groups. Although Microsoft embedded tools and paid third party tools will migrate a user's personal contacts, these tools will not migrate PERSONAL distribution groups that a user has created in Outlook.
