Thank you Ceri, lovey clear instructions. I believe I can go and make a few of these now. Very often I watch a tutorial video thinking yes I can do that and when I get my supplies out I've forgotten most of what I've watched!!!! I tend to watch more videos instead of creating. Thank you.x.
Pauline, I watch a lot of videos as well and not all of them give you full instructions some people skip steps which drives me crazy as not everyone is experienced enough to know what to do.
Me too. I save the best videos under scrapbooking, then I have a journal for my crafting where I write down the title, author and details of something I need make and to buy for each video. Then I sleep on it, watch it again anytime later really fast and highlight in my journal the projects I intend on making. If I do t do it this way, I buy stuff and forget what I wanted to make. I am excited as this will be my very first scrapbooking project I will make.
I love this idea. I'm thinking of adding them to the inside of family Holiday cards. I could tuck in a gift card, some photos or bookmarks. Thanks so much! ❤
Forgot about these. I will be making them again. Working on my forth journal, after watching hundreds of videos. I am so hooked. Thank-you, still the best teacher.
I love your tutorials, Ceri. They’re among my favorites because they are so thorough! You might invest in a 6” X 18” quilting ruler for cutting 12”x12” and larger paper.
Hi. I appreciate that you said you don't decorate until you're using them. That removed all the pressure I experience trying to pre-decorate each one. TYFS
These are so pretty. I love them. They would make a lovely tag to put on birthday or Christmas gift. You could also tuck in cash or a check. Thank you for sharing your great creativity with us again.
I love to utilise printed numbers, letters and words, I’ve avoided newspapers however as the paper just doesn’t hold up well to some of the wet processes I do.
@@CeriGriffiths Yes, that would be true, hadn't thought of that. I have used it sprayed with glitter type dye which seems to harden it a little but it is pretty fragile, as you say.

Love the House of Roses paper pad. I have it and am planning on useig the clock page into a working clock. Love these envelope pockets. They are marvelous !!
Oh, this is brilliant. I've done paper folds before to get like a hot cocoa pouch, but this will be a PERFECT way to do a little springtime idea I have for some fabric Easter treat bags. Instead of chocolate and candy for my adult associates, what an idea to write out some little wishes (or fortune cookie type words of wisdom) and tucking those inside the decorated envelope...maybe tuck in a few flower seeds into a tiny pouch and give them one of those cardboard seed starter cups. Thank you! You have primed the pump for ideas I now have rolling around in my head. THANK YOU!!!

For me these are fabulous. They look like they took a lot of skill but they are really so easy. At 70 years old I certainly appreciate when someone does a tutorial that is easy for me and doesn't require a lot of mental figuring. I would like to make several sizes because I have a lot of 6x6 and 8x8 stamperia paper pads. If I use an 8x8 and did the same thing do you know what 2 measurements I would score the lines at? 🤔
Well, he scored at 4 & 8,so he was dividing the 12 inches by 3. So, for 8 inches it would be 2 & 3/4 inches & then 5 & 1/2. That's if I did my Math correctly. Try it out with a scrap to begin with! 🤞💛 Checked a calculator & 8 divided by 3,gives the score line of 2.6 & 5.2 but I'm unsure of how to translate it into inches for you. 😕😞🤔☺️ 6x6 would score @2 inches & 4 inches ~ easy! 🥰❤️
Off the top of my head I don’t know the measurements but measure the longest side of the triangle and divide it into thirds these are then your score lines.
@@CeriGriffiths I've spent a couple of hours this afternoon making these @ half size. Will be using them for my personal Christmas cards. Not quite in your style, but a start!
