How To Make Surge Protection Plug At Home

In this video I will make a two pin surge protection plug for 220v to 240v AC with built in fuse. This simple surge protector blocks high voltage spikes to protect our electronic and electrical devices. Use fuse according to the load demand.
Components specifications are,
Varistor ( Metal oxide varistor ) 14D471K or for smaller load use 10D471K
Fuse as per load requirements
This arrangement is also called, surge arrester, device protector, SPD , high voltage protector, over voltage protector, TVS, super surge protector.
