Pirate software is the reason you have job adverts asking for 10 years experience for entry level jobs. He’s the most experienced, knowledgeable everything but in reality is a fairly inexperienced developer with a large chip on his shoulder.
I liked watching him when he first started out but he’s become a caricature.
He’s a man living in the shadow of his meme father.
It's such a shame. I have watch a lot of his shorts where he comes across mostly as someone who spreads positivity, but clearly under the mask he's a bitter and petty man.
Yeah, I watched one of his videos where he was reacting to the Apex Legends hacking incident, and he came across as incredibly arrogant. He set out the theory that there was no exploit in the game and then as evidence came out that contradicted that he went through increasingly ridiculous mental gymnastics to avoid changing his opinion and admitting he was wrong.
Fairly inexperienced thats an interesting description for someone who has developed nothing.

Pirate Software is a perfect example that all you really need to become hyper-successful in online media is a decent voice. I've seen maybe 10 youtube shorts of his, and they were so totally monotonous that I can't remember the content of a single one.
