    Hey what if I want to animate the object, will the fluid physics follow up with the moving object?

  • @catarinalima5450
    @catarinalima5450 Год назад

    Hi! I have a question. When I make my object solid again, the domain gets solid as well and covers my object. I don't want this tô happen, but If I click to hide my domain, the effects disappears too! What can I do?

  • @hibubo4866

    how to do it, while my torus must be hollowed out first so that it can generate liquid, if it is closed like yours nothing happens.

    what to do if the effector was moving? like if u animated it how do u get the flow object t follow..parent doesnt work

    • @JonathanKron
      @JonathanKron  3 года назад +1

      I haven't tested this scenario but I guess if parenting doesn't work you can copy and paste location keyframes to get your flow object to move. You can then adjust the position using the delta transform options

    this was a really useful tutorial but I'm disappointed that it didn't cover outflow. In your animation it looks like your fluid is draining out after filling up the object and I really needed to learn that along with the inflow.

    Verry good, but I can't use "bake Mesh" because is grey and not active :/ Why ? (I use blender 2.91)
    when I change after DataBake the "modular" in "replay" , blender make a mix between Mesh & particles.

    • @JonathanKron
      @JonathanKron  4 года назад

      You'll first have to bake flip (the particles). If you've done this I'm not sure why it's grey.
      You could also try setting your bake type to final. This should bake everything (particles, mesh, etc.)

      Go down to cache settings of the domain and check the option of "Is Resumable".then it shouldnt be greyed out and you should also be able to resume baking the data.
