    ACTUAL RECORDING DATE: 3/14/22 Also, listening to both engines pop together is one of the most satisfying things!
    P.S.... I didn't notice the screwed up chain tensioner until after recording the video lol.

      Can you tell me where you got that 2 into 1 cable splitter/adapter for your carburetor cables?
      I'm trying to find a cheap easy way to get more stopping power on my 29in motorized bike. It came stock with small front disk brake & rear V-rim brake that is now on a dual pull brake lever. If I could find a cheap easy cable splitter like what's on your dual carb setup. I could just install a free rear caliper brake I have laying around on the back & make a 3 into 1 brake system- 1 front disk brake & 2 rim brakes on the rear (stock V-brake & added caliper brake) Converting to a rear disk setup would be expensive & pain dealing with sprocket/brake disk clearance issues. Plus the frame clearance issues would prevent me from using a large rear disk.
      If I knew a larger front disk would actually provide a lot more stopping power, I'd buy one. But I'm thinking the only way it'd provide any major extra stopping power would be if it had a larger caliper/larger brake pads, to go along with the larger disk. My other cheap option is to just add 2 free F&R caliper rim brakes onto a second left hand dual pull brake lever. But I don't like the idea of having a 2nd brake lever on the left side next to the clutch lever. I think 3 into 1- right hand brake lever would be better. I could go larger front disk & use some good rim brake pads on the 2 rear brakes.

    • @samstermotorized
      @samstermotorized  6 месяцев назад +1

      It was geared for around 50-55... It honesty probably had enough torque to do it too. Never tried though sadly.

      @@samstermotorized would you say that a 30 tooth rear sprocket would be too much for the engine to pull or would the engine be more inclined to torque the sprocket so much as to concern the rear wheel spokes and bolt reliabiltiy thanks again

      Doesn't matter. The two cranks aren't linked in any way. The only thing connecting both engines is the drivetrain.
