This is also my struggle, I understand how imbalanced ppl in the checking line, and I put all my air into the delayed line and blast off. Usually works, some reg might pick up what I am doing and call down light against me. But I fear is I totally understand how exploitable my strategy is, and it feels like a street trick rather than a profound and solid strategy. All my study and practice from solver seems no more useful than a simple delayed tricks, makes wonder what is the next step to improve my game.
even now, with all the free info widely available, a LOT of players are playing certain spots/lines so poorly (vs. equilibrium) that we can just be totally exploitable and give 0 fucks.
Good question and could have been more clear It’s a quick and dirty nodelock trick (imagine they bet them on turn so don’t have them now) Not going for precision here as it’s not required to demonstrate the point As an aside if I did it “properly” by node locking the turn, solver will try and defend as well as it can on river with the range we give it - which will lead to problems of its own (for the topic at hand) So long story short can’t be fucked to nodelock turn and then river Simpler is better
@@eqpoker man, if you do it like you do, the solver sees a wild overfold of TPTK and overpair, of course there will be a super plus bluff with any hand, how can the solver imagine that these hands are not in the range if they are there, just you have converted them to a fold? study the topic
I don't see how GTO is good for cash games. I'd imagine it's a lot better for tourneys. But one day, we'll have AI chips in our brains, and poker will be played 'autonomously'. Just look at driverless F1 cars already.
This is a great explanation.
poker is easy, winning in Poker is hard

great video
love it
I don't get it, why did we lock that the opponent throws out strong TP and AA for a 67% bet?
