The "acting too quickly" i use exactly when i have a monster, and i've always extracting the maximum because everyone thinks i have nothing and they think i'm just calling because they have nothing, and i let them make the mistakes and the bets, and i shove on the river everytime and they call everytime thinking "he has nothing, so he's shoving to win a big pot". Thanks for your vids man, the last months i've started to be a profitable player and not just a recreational player, and your content is making a huge difference.
been watching your videos to get better at home games, was in texas last weekend for the eclipse and was able to go to a casino under 21. bought into a $1 $2 game with $250 and left with $1863 while I got lucky no doubt watching your videos helped me maximize my profit
these 7 all make sense. 1 single sign could be and usually is deceiving. It's very helpful adding the player's profile and your profile (!) to their action. That'd secure the reading. When a NIT x/r large, that's always a monster hand. When LAG x/r large on a scary board, slamming the chips on table, looking in the eyes against a NIT - that's a bluff (a little dog with big bark). When something does not make sense, then look at their profile. NIT - you're being trapped; passive CS suddenly raises you large - that's a monster hand; TAG bets huge on a plain board with lot of chips in the middle - bluff; TAG bet/raises you huge on a connected board - that's a monster hand (protection bet); LAG does excessive thinking then calling - you're being trapped; strong thinking player keeps calling you on a plain board - they have a monster hand; LAG 3!-bets you large on flop after you raised him - a drawing hand.
A lot of these tips seem to work in reverse in order to make people think you're bluffing (the first time they see it) when you have a badass hand. Especially betting with zero hesitation when you actually have something awesome 👌
Tip 3. LAG don't always 3bet with KQ since you already raise preflop and they don't have to do that any and they're in position. KQ is a good hand but still loses to a lot of other combos. Anyway thank you for posting these videos. Very informative.
I personally try to be consistent with my actions at the table. Doesn’t matter if I’m bluffing or have the nuts I’m staring off blindly into oblivion until they call /raise or fold.
Nearly all of the "Obvious Bluff Tells" I do the opposite. I talk when I have it. Shut up when I bluff. Over bet with the Nuts. #1 tell I do. I'll check call all the way to the River, than jam with any of the sets or straights.
#8 If you have a tough decision to make as to whether to call or fold, always call if your opponent is wearing sunglasses and a hoodie. Nothing says "I love to bluff" more than that outfit.
I'm just wondering here. Thinking out loud. But every tip is like "Players will try and do the opposite", so act strong if they're weak type of thing. By why expect a rec player to even do that? Maybe they are just broadcasting the reality of their hand and don't even realize it?
There are exceptions to every rule. First -- getting bluffed is part of the game. The best players in the world get bluffed. Good players mix up their game. They might project reverse tells, or deliberately make "non-standard" plays that look dumb, just to create doubt. They might Hollywood with a bluff and show it, then Hollywood next time with the nuts and lure you in. If someone raises and you are unsure, remember there will always be another hand to play -- with the chips that you did not gamble away.
Yeah today i was against fish who limp/called pocket tens on SB and min check/raised 8x8x10x flop guess what he had??? U r correct he had boat 1010 in the hand vs mine trips lol i was shocked
all this things are true but a lot of good players use that in live poker as live tells...do it myself and yeah saw it really often also...at least in europe
WSOP is banning chip-riffling this year citing that the noise is damaging to the ears. This is the dumbest rule I’ve heard to date. What about banning boom boxes and other loud music first.
How good are you at reading their hand? Also, if I started poker all over again today, I'd do these 9 things: ruclips.net/video/YaxMWKF-vqE/видео.html
How are you able to play on pokerstars overseas?
been watching your videos after 20+ years of playing and never played better. up $5000 this year alone but more importantly having lots of fun
I Love these videos. Especially when I look back and say, I used to do that!
Glad you like them!

If i have a strong hand i start looking depressive and i start to tremble with my underlip ( I learned that 20 years ago) always works out very well.
Is your play style fitting more with MTT or cash?
I personally try to be consistent with my actions at the table. Doesn’t matter if I’m bluffing or have the nuts I’m staring off blindly into oblivion until they call /raise or fold.
From your lesson coach I won many matches never before..😂❤❤❤🎉

love how I do all of these🤣🤣🤣
Thanks from Australia.
Glad this one helped! Thanks for watching.
Grabbing a stack of chips while you deliberate has been 100% a weak hand in my experience. I've bet every time and never been called.
It honestly is a reliable tell and I’ve found myself STILL annoyed that there are players dumb enough to think it will work.
My amateur-ness would lead me to believe on example #7 that on 883 the bb would have a bb special hand like 68, 78, 89 and hit trips....
Nathan, are you in X-Poker?
When I was a beginner, I would look people in the eye when I was weak 😂 so true
#8 If you have a tough decision to make as to whether to call or fold, always call if your opponent is wearing sunglasses and a hoodie. Nothing says "I love to bluff" more than that outfit.
I love lists like this ….. because they don’t apply to me! Which makes me happy.
This is so true, if he was that good at poker he wouldn’t be advertising every 5th sentence

On the flop or river he check raised?
I'd say very few players bluff raise the river at low stakes.
Number 4 is one of the ways sharks extract the MAXIMUM value for their hand against good players. So... be careful.
I play online but I totally still do #4 😅 I also seek out players that do that and let them do it to me 🙃
all this things are true but a lot of good players use that in live poker as live tells...do it myself and yeah saw it really often also...at least in europe
#4- I do this when I have something really good cause I want them to fold so they don’t beat me on river cause otherwise that’s what happens
If they over bet it's most likely a bluff. Why would they bet so much if they got it and want you to call
You should livestream poker
The #7 ... someopl.will raise to build a pot.. bc there isnt a flush or a str8 draw...
Check-call all the way with over cards on the turn and river? Hmm
Blackrain I watched all your videos and now have millions in earnings because of you ❤
You must of paid hundreds of thousands in taxes... I don't see it
😂😂😂
Thanks to him I've won a gazillion dollars
The guy that makes the videos doesn't make gazillion dollars from poker but more from vlogs and poker University sales.. why is this??
wtf are you serious??
Pros fall for the "big shove on a weak hand" all the time from other pros.
my biggest issue to overcome is when im on line and they look me in the eyes 😬🤔
When i call they always have an 8 lol
3 8 probably
Yep!! Or a straight
Me that acts quiet n nervous when im bluffing 😂
First one-
Someone could have hit a straight and that why they raise there just sayin. Been there and gotten screwed with good pair ;/

I think it's amazing they are banning it...
don't play there till they retracted it.
Did this come out yesterday? I almost see this as an Aprils Fools joke. Lol
@@carpediem6431 hopefully it’s an April fool’s joke. But what they did with this pandemic, you can’t be sure.

Gay or not, this guy knows his poker 👍👍
