Hang Gliding Mingus Mountain, Arizona - XC to the Northwest

This was my first time hang gliding at Mingus Mountain near Cottonwood, AZ. Beautiful mountain, awesome conditions. We were driving back from flying the Santa Cruz Flat Race in Casa Grande, AZ towards home in Denver, CO and decided to stop and give it a try. Grateful for the local pilots who gave us a site intro. Great XC potential site. The site and conditions reminded me of Valle de Bravo or Tequila, Mexico. Looking forward to return to this place.
