Yes solar would be amazing! And maybe turning it in a time only watch. - The upper display replaced with a solar panel. - The lower display displays the seconds and the power reserve. - Pushing the crown in and out to change the time. - Push the button on the crown to activate the minute repeater.
Enjoy the watch. It sounds like it meets your needs very well. It is definitely not for me though and I couldn’t justify paying around 4K for it. Great review again. I enjoy all your videos.
I'd like to see a visual and technological refresh on this model personally. The DLC version on rubber is very appealing however, but I can't help want a slight cleanup on the dial, and improved functionality (without going into the connected world, no thanks). I'd like to see lume when you press the crown in, move minute repeater functions elsewhere, and the dial to get cleaned up a bit with a new generation of LCD panels that feel more integrated into the design. This watch visually hasn't changed much in a VERY long time, even with the refresh almost 10 years ago.
Great video! I really thought you were going to purchase the Premier Heritage Duograph! As a former owner of the yellow emergency a decade ago, I would attest this Breitling iteration to certainly be 'the' tool watch when going anywhere and facing anything (and remain stylish). A definitive instrument for professionals! The only other one that would have an advantage over this IMHO would be the current Omega Skywalker. A wonderful purchase nonetheless!
Probably the only quartz watch I'll ever buy in that price range. It's history and association to aviation and aerospace makes it so special and like you said iconic. Will definitely getting it on my next visit to Dubai ... tax free 😜🤑😇
I think this is a cool watch! I mean, if you have an automatic or mechanical or more than one why not have fun with a luxury piece with a quartz? Has a very unique feel and still definitely a well-built watch that will last forever. I love a legit rotating bezel for timing when I'm cooking or just doing stuff like that and then also have digital accuracy and courts. I think it's a fun pic, enjoy! Oh, I do want to get one. Probably a black dial or that gray one is pretty cool
Moin Niko! Congrats on your Breitling. As you’ve said it‘s definitely not the most common model when it comes to this brand. But it’s definitely an interesting choice for a watch enthusiast. Although my left wrist is a bit stronger than yours (18.5cm), I struggle to wear watches with more than 50mm lug-to-lug. Because the width of my wrist is only 55mm. My equivalent to your Aerospace is my Tissot T-Touch, with its titanium case and the carbon fibre dial. Built in thermometer, altimeter, compass, stopwatch, second time zone, calendar, timer and more it has a bunch of nice features as well. And all functions are available on a finger touch. Have fun with your first Breitling and wear it in good health! LG Claus
Don’t really know too much about Breitling nor does this watch really appeal to me but that’s my opinion. To each his own, right? This hobby is subjective since watches are a matter of personal taste. If I’m doing something active such as sports or physical labor, then I’d sport a Casio. Casio makes me appreciate & enjoy watches. Good luck with your new purchase!
I love your videos I have learnt so much about watches and brands from you I love watches and heavily collect them thanks to you. Keep up the videos from a viewer in Australia will come to dubai 2022 saving up now
I think this makes perfect sense. You already have an awesome collection of automatic timepieces. I also love that you have some diversity in your collection. Perfect grab and go watch! If I didn’t have the collection you already have I would not buy this watch but instead go for a Navitimer. But when I think of it, this watch is more interesting then the Navitimer. Keep up the great job!
Hi Mr. Niko, don’t you think the hour hand with its skeleton style and the minute hand looking like a needle on its end - don’t you think are both annoying when it comes to visibility and for telling the time? I’m now wearing the aerospace for 5 months, but as time passed I felt that I’m not comfortable with the hands shape every time I wach the time and thought why they’ve changed the hands as it was on previous avantage models! I wish to know you feed back on this point! Thank you for your video.
Servicing cost on these is a joke, after 5 years a "battery change" service was £500, they did return it with a "free travel case" apparently needed resealing and a clean, absoltute joke but a lovely watch to wear due to the weight and functions
yes the aerospace is epic, just wish they could incoperate a solar version to make the battery life 20yrs+
125 yars
Or a rechargeable battery we could simply recharge every 6 months or so like we do with contactless recharging for smart watches.
@@SpidouzThe Breitling Emergency has wireless charging for the distress beacon.

It hasn't changed much in a VERY long time...let that sink in and ask yourself why.
Do you still have the EVO?

Beautiful! More Breitling content please 😬
Congratulations, Breitling brother! May it serve you well! #SQUADONAMISSION
you can’t go wrong with a breitling 👍
I agree that there is definitely a place for quality quartz watches. I am currently looking at a Longines VHP (very high precision)

Definitely not what I would have chose haha. Congrats though and wear it in good health

Excellent choice! Best quartz out there! A real Breitling gem 💎

Beautiful watch and I’m considering buying a chronomat 42mm this week actually
will get this watch in a few days/weeks. can not wait
morgen kommt sie. jetzt nochmal das video gucken, um die vorfreude zu steigern :D
Will it allow the time to be displayed on the numerical display? Pretty watch.

Maybe you already know, but that QR codes gives away your serial number. And your warranty is good till 11/2023
STUNNING WATCH! ONE PIECE COLLECTION
Love it - I really love this model
the bad guy watch from BROKEN AAROW
Nice,great choice,merry Christmas,
Thanks, you too!
Good choice to each his own enjoy !
Always liked that watch
Lovely watch, and yes i'm waiting for a solar...
Congrats! A real manly watch 😃
Hey bro just so you know the serial number can be viewed from the QR code @1:25
Also thank you for your awesome videos, always a pleasure to watch
Niko you are awesome this combo digital analogic ffits very nice I love it your watch score are right congrats
Thank you very much Cedric :)!
With my support
Congratulations love the aerospace
Beautiful choice 👌
Nice watch ⌚
Does the minute hand always line up to the markers?
I chose right aha. This is what breitling was about until the new ceo and change to the round shapes etc
Yea definitely a great era of Breitling when this watch was created :)!
hast du ein paar tipps, was das Anpassen des Uhrbands angeht?
Is there a non-professional Breitling lineup without wings?
Awesome watch, congrats!
does it happened that you sometimes press in the crown accidentally and the minute repeater goes of?
Fantastic watch. I have two of these. 👍👍
That time setting was painful and no screw down crown is a let down

great review
My Congratulations 👍👏
Who designed or made the movement on this? It reminds me I think of a Tissot ana digi.
It’s an ETA
Excellente présentation. TOP +++++
Breitling and IWC are closely matched
Do you still have it?
Very Impressive and cool watch look on wrist, but price too very high
My OCD is killing me the way you never turned the dial 1 more click over to be centered properly.
:D
Man i really want one
What about Omega X33??
X33 is a solid choice, only downside is functionality overkill, plus 30m WR versus 100 with the Evo.
it's hot 🔥🔥🔥but it is basically a g shock
@@japanwatchconnection I am willing to bet $1 GShock is stronger via any test.
You should delete that QR code in the beginning… Just a tip
Did it wind anyone else up the bezel was off centre by one notch? 😂
What is your wrist size?
6.5inch
@@TheDubaiExpat I have the same hand. But I'm afraid there will be big ones.
So an expensive Casio ? I figured you would have done the Navitimer, this watch for $4k … wow! But your hard earned cash do what you want with it.
Such an ignorant response. That's like saying "hey nice Tudor, but my $50 Invicta auto does the same thing..."
10 atm..
Why!!! I mean, why did you purchased an outrageously expensive Casio???!!!
Because it’s a bad ass watch. And nothing like a casio
Great watch, but looks too big for your wrist.
Nice watch! Too bad the minute hand is not centered! Terrible quality for a $4000.oo Watch!
Not my cup of tea but congrats
Absolutely not a watch for me - and surprised that you went for it taking into account your other pieces.
Poor mans minute repeater 😂
^^
The caseback is snap on or screw down?
