I'm a minister and went to school for theology. And I must say that the talk on the rapture is ONE opinion of many (which I don't agree with) and that the book of Revelation is not literal but is symbolic literature based on present tense leading to future tense.
Seriously love you guy though. Anyway still enjoying the show!

I have a fun LAN Party story. We had a substitute in our IT Design class in high school. Someone brought in Halo on a flash drive and we installed them on the school computers. Class Halo session.
Also, at first i used to not stand Colin, he is very opinionated, but he has grown on me, cause he has high intellect, and you can tell he is both caring on his views and thinks about them a lot. I may not always agree, but i like to listen, but he's the kind of man who you would want to debate with, and could change your views and if match him, maybe change him. He is now the reason i watch this, as its better than, Greg "i don't know this subject so i'm just gonna be loud and take the piss" Miller

I'm with Colin, I was mad when they announced all the books weren't canon. I read so many of the EU books when I was a kid.
This was in my recommendations after star wars in review and I didnt realize it was an OG bedroom GOG.. 1 wow has the company grown and 2 wow Tim looks so young. (Were around the same age so I feel the struggle of adulthood and slight weight gain) 3 I wish colin was still around for the Star Wars in review... love everything these guys are doing currently and love revisiting the beginnings.. KF forever 🤙🏾
So, I still love to collect comics, I do feel like two major things hurt the physical comics industry 1) diamond distributions monopolizing the distribution of physical comic books and comic book memorabilia. 2) Over saturation of the stores, I go around Denver and find like 20, I don't need that many shops, I enjoy going to different shops, but once I find a shop that offers the best deals, and carries the issues I want, I go there. 3) the environment of the shops, sometimes theres just too much of the geek factor, and it reminds you of comic book guy from simpsons, or it's not geeky enough and feels like some guy who just wants to capitalize on a bunch of hipster geeks. So I mean if there could be a connection in the app that supplies you a list of amazon goods like action figures, or model sets, or shirts, or paraphernalia and the ability to place an issue in your cart or a volume or that sort of thing with the ability to order entire sets in either hard cover or paperbacks...that would make it the end all be all for me. I would sign up and add to watch lists and buy sets. you guys should let them know about that.

Nice to hear Colin's thoughts on religion. As someone who grew up in a christian home I also struggled lots with trying to convince myself to have faith.
Next week someone (Colin) should tackle "Net Neutrality" for their topic.

First off love the podcast and all that you guys do! On the point of what Colin was saying about why not just skip to the end? Why are we still going through this? Before the events in the Garden of Eden Satan raised the question of Gods right to rule and the way he was ruling...Challenged Jehovah's sovereignty. So instead of just hushing Satan and destroying him in front of all of the Angels he had to give Satan a chance to prove himself right. If God had just destroyed Satan, the Angels and creation would have second guessed what Satan said and did and thought that maybe he was right. So God, using perfect justice, is allowing Satan to rule for a time. But very soon he will put an end through his son Jesus,not a trinity, and Satan will be dealt with. Which is what your favorite read, Revelations, is about. After we will live forever on a paradise earth as Jehovah intended. All in this is not my opinion but in the Bible. Anyways.......sorry for all that just wanted to comment. Love your work and wish you guys all the best with your future ventures!!!! May the force be with you....Always.

Colin literally said everything I've always wanted to say about religion, but couldn't seem to put into a cohesive conversation because I get pole-axed by big important topics.

Personally this is where i think Manga trumps American comics a bit. If you a marvel fan, you have to get the next seperate issue of say, avengers, or spiderman, each week, where as manga, can get something like Shonen Jump, you get one piece, naruto, bleach, all the new issues, at once in one thing every week.

on the religion subject I was brought up as a Christian and I used to be really religious when I was little and my brother died recently and I did everything I was "supposed" to do in times like that before he died of complications with h1n1 (swine flu) and I have tried to keep my faith so I can see my brother again one day I hope there is a heaven or something like that but I don't know how I feel I am confused about it I want to believe so I can see family members and friends but part of me thinks that if there is a god why would he put people threw stuff like this I mean brother had 4 kids and he was getting his life back together his wife pretty much stole his house and his kids and stuff so he had start over and his life sucked for awhile this is what me and him would talk about and he was about to get a new house he had a girlfriend that wasn't a liar and then boom for Christmas he gets sick then less than a month on Jan 20 he dies and everything goes to shit I want to ask god why he does this if there is one that's my take on religion also I know I didn't try on my grammar or sentence structure I wanted to get this finished and typed to see how many people have the same opinions as me.

It's really hard to listen to Colin sometimes especially when he talks about religion. Does it really matter if it's the bible is all fiction? It doesn't make sense, big whoop. It's content and lessons matter. The problem to people who don't believe in religion is that they just try to find all the undesirable facts about it and never really see what good it does.

I'm not saying you have to be in a religion to do good. What I am saying is that religion has to be acknowledged on the good it has done, not just the bad.

I think you guys should stick to videogame analysis because your phone analysis is way off. The current state of the phone industry, which has been FACT since the original iPhone, is that the iPhone is the top in sales in the smartphone category. The iPhone 5c is selling better than all other high end Android phones combined. That is just the 5C model which is not their top selling phone, the 5s is their top selling phone.
