75 lac 100 Gag ke liya bahut zayada price hai....wo bhi Vaishalli se itna door...35 lacks max price....70 % for land value 15% construction cost 5% for furniture & electronics.....bad design....no fridge place, no dinning area, TV unit not aligned to sofa...hall AC not at right place towards kitchen and open stairs area 5 ton ka ac bhi kam nahin karega aur just bill ayega no cooling.. no proper planning...just bechana hai thoda high fi kar diya,,,,,no proper vantilation, no new idea,....pura jaipur ke present ghar ek hi design par kam karte hain...builders kuch alag dimag lagao..kch naya lao...
