    You also need to confirm the spring width ie: 33 in spacing but springs are 11/2 wide.

    Good stuff, where is the best place to have the trailer jacks to support the weight of the trailer

      Jack stands like # PTW41021 placed under the trailer frame fore and aft of the trailer wheels is the safest way of supporting a trailer while you install a suspension kit like the Dexter # /K71-449-00

    @4:00 - how well greased? how often? by miles - every few months?

    • @etrailer
      @etrailer  3 года назад +3

      It will depend on how much you use the trailer. If you only use the trailer a few times a year then greasing it once a year is just fine. If you use it all the time then you will want to hit it with grease a few times a year.

    Is there an option to replace tandem spring with tandem torsions?

    Now hang on. What is the diameter of that blind hole. Also, what is depth. I love the concept, don't get me wrong. There comes a point where you may unintentionally sacrifice structural integrity for lubrication accessibility. I'm not sure, just something to think about. It's refreshing to see something made with grease fittings. You don't see that very often these days.
