UPS/USPS are very underrated careers!
I love your UPS vids! I hope you can do more!
Good video, I liked the other one better just because it was more detailed, but I love these videos, thats my dream job.
Dope! please drop MORE!!!!!
Thank you boo ❣️
I will !
Damn your great at what you do
where do you deliver, these are some nice houses
HEY NIKKI WOULD LOVE TO SEE ANOTHER VIDEO OF UPS AND WONDERING IF THE NEW CONTRACT IS GOOD.
Hey ! I actually no longer work for ups !
When you did your road test did you have to drive a manual truck? I still need to schedule my road test and that makes me nervous tbh. I never drove manual before, only automatic.
No I didn’t have to , to my knowledge all the trucks are automatic but do have the manual option
Also, I have the road test next Tuesday and I’ll ace that but is there anything I should be mindful of or not fuck up on?
Check your mirrors very frequently , and when you do always make sure you look back to the front after a mirror check .. for example you check your left mirror , eyes back to the front then check your right mirror. Im not sure if your center is picky on this but put your hand break up and a red light as well … other then that just pay attention to your surroundings and also make sure you check the back up camera just as often as you check your mirrors .
Good luck ! I’m sure you’ll do great !
What hub you work out of? I'm a fellow driver out of the Durham center.
I’m at the concord center
What’s your biggest advice for a new drivers?
Drive safe and deliver the package !!!!!! Get the $$$$$$
I take my 5's and 10's on the 28th of next month. Is there any advice on how to memorize?
I would say write it down , but not all at once . What I did was write down the first 2 -3 safety tips of the 5’s and just go over them, then I would get a blank paper and write it there word for word and I did the same for the 10’s ( which is a bit more challenging to memorize) and that was my method until I was able to memorize everything . Just don’t load your brain too much in one day you have enough time to study at a good pace
@@itsniiikki got it. I will try this method. Thank you.
So I got offered the FT combination Driver position. In other words the 22.4. Any advice you have for me?
Learn your 5’s and 10’s.
Yup learn the 5’s and 10’s however combination driver ? And 22.4? I’m not sure what that means , first time I’m hearing it
22.4 is not full time driving. Suppose to be 4 hours driving and 4 hours in the hub.
@@nismoz3370 supposed to be but it’s not really anywhere in the country we are all driving 40-50 hours a week which is why next contract they will be fighting to make it a regular full time driver.
The 22.4 contracts are terrible you’re better off working in the hub until the union comes up with a better contract the pay and the hours might not be the best tho
You still at ups?!
Is it worth it? I heard it is really tough at first. But I'm thinking of joining UPS
Depending on the season but around September it should start picking up and peak season is when you work a lot of hours
Yes can you please make another video in the rental van with some cool music like this one
I will indeed !
You’re cute 🥰
In average, how many deliverys do you make a day?
Now about 110-130
@itsnikki9446 LOL that's light compared to what we do in lenexa Kansas (Kcmo area). I wish I could only do that many.
How much do you make as a driver and do you like it as a career ?
In between $19-35 depending on how long you’ve worked top rate is at 4 years . Yes and no it’s not something I see myself doing too long but for the meantime it’s pretty decent
