I have a 6 speed manual Gladiator Mojave. The access hole to run power wire to battery is occupied by the slave cylinder for the clutch. Where do you suggest to run the power wire through the fire wall to the battery?
@@SamuelMorrison-o3d You can route it through the grommet in the floor under the passenger seat, strap it on top of the chassis, and straight up which will lead directly to the battery.

Does anyone know if the downfiring box will fit under the jeep 2 door back seats and actually be able to remove the back seats with ease if needed?
The down-firing will not fit under the rear seats. The 8” will however fit in the cargo area behind the rear seats.
Wrangler install would be awesome. This seems to go much smoother than a wrangler. I don’t see room under my 2020 wrangler seat for this amp. Kinda frustrating now that I’ve gone this far as to remove the seat
@@dadandjc The Wrangler and Gladiator front seats are identical. This bundle most definitely fits under your 2020 Wrangler seat.
How does the down-firing 12" Kicker box compare to the side-firing SSV Works 10" box, especially with the top off? I am torn between losing precious cargo space and better sound quality.
@@manchildbbq The 12” Down-Firing Kicker sub definitely produces a deeper, harder punch over the SSV 10” side enclosure.
The Down-Firing is super sturdy and built to withstand stacking items on top of. Although it takes up a footprint in the cargo area, you can still pile items on top of it so the space really isn’t lost.
So do I need the RCA that connects to the back of the Stinger it doesn’t give me the option to order it
The 6-channel RCA comes with the full bundle.
Does the Alpine i509 Restyle dash increase sound output vs base sound system 7" headunit? 2020 JL base sounds
Without a doubt. The i509 Restyle provides more power with a tremendous amount of adjustability.
Manual transmission would've been pretty cool

@trailseven I have a 2021 Wrangler unlimited 6-speed. Its awesome to take turns with and toss around. Your video had me thinking about upgrading the sound system, also- the exhaust note is fun to listen to.
This video is great and the kit looks like something most folks can handle. Do you have a set up for the ‘24 Wranglers (Sport, in my case) with the larger screen?
@@joshsteuterman2363 Thank you very much! A full bundle for the 2024’s is due to release any day (we received a few bundles in stock last week), however the immediate bundle will require cutting of the soundbar to install the 6x9 speakers.
@@trailsevenyou all rock. I look forward to checking it out. I have seen a dozen other companies online, and yours is the best (by far!). Your videos make sense and watching the other guys is harder to follow (I am sure they are excellent installers).
I have the upgraded system in the 24 unlimited sport. It’s a B- at best. I need y’all’s help. I already have the sub enclosure, so keeping that would be helpful. I just want the sub to hit.

I have stinger height, 10 radio and do not think I need the PAC AmpPRO AP4-CH1, because it has one if so what type of package, how do I set it up.and would it be cheaper price. and I also want to bypass the factory amplifier video is there a video or instructions of how to do this?

Hello there- if you have the Heigh10, you will not need the PAC module. The RCA’s from the amplifier will connect to the RCA’s at the back of the Stinger. In the video shown, we use the amp bypass harness. Your only difference will be routing of the RCA’s to the radio vs under steering wheel as shown in the video. The Jeep in the video has the Alpine i509-WRA-JL which mounts the deck under the steering wheel. Your RCA’s and remote wire will route to the back of the Stinger radio.
So how do I put together the package that need. Without the PAC module. And and I need the wire harness that we connect to height 10 Radio.

@@willboyd8021 The website asks if your jeep has the factory amp and sub. That option includes the factory amp bypass harness.
So - I have factory amplified system - from my understanding the factory amp powers all 9 speakers independently - when using this setup what speakers are powered by the 4 channel amp?
This is a 5-channel amp which will power all 8 speakers from the 4 channels and the subwoofer from the 5th channel.
Can i just buy the t harness bundle with rca module?

Which fuse to use for aftermarket kicker sub?

@@jasmeetjassal6778 Gotcha. None, the amp kit will attach directly to the battery with its own dedicated in-line fuse.
Is this better/more powerful than the Alpine PSS-24WRA complete sound system? That one is a complete kit for the Wrangler JL, 300 watt, for $2k. Not sure how this one compares in power output and quality.
We also offer full bundle systems using all Alpine equipment. Either way, the amps the amps in the full system bundles most definitely provide more power over the PSS-24WRA bundle, however the 24WRA is a great little compact bundle.

So I'm not a professional installer at all. But this is the 5th video I've watched for a bunch of different brand installs for aftermarket stereo and amp installs and I've installed tons of systems in trucks and cars and all these jeep installs I've seen show them installing amps under the seats next to heat vents.......always was under the impression putting an amp infront of a vent blowing hot air on it underneath the seat just doesn't seem like a great idea...now I could be wrong but it wouldn't make me feel comfortable....especially mounting an amp on the floor of a jeep when u can potentially flood the vehicle if u get caught in rain without the top or doors on its happend to me in puerto rico in a rental and ther was about 2 inches of water on the floor.....IDK maybe I'm wrong but im just throwing out my opinion
Thank you for your input. We have plenty of marine grade amps if water is a concern for your Jeep.
Is there a bundle for a 2024 with the Alpine upgrade (it sounds awful, the EQ is 3 sliders, and isn't loud enough to overcome my hearing loss)? Since I have the factory sub, can I mount a new speaker in its place?
Unfortunately not at the moment.
Will 7inch head unit share the same cable installation as 8.4inch?
Absolutely, the 5”, 7”, and 8.4” all share the same cable installation.
So If I don't plan on replacing the factory sub is the wiring in the blue cable>?
No, the blue amp harness is only for the speakers. The sub wire will come directly from the amp to the subwoofer.
@@trailseven Thanks. How do factory alpine subs sound once hooked up to the amp? I don't really want to lose the storage. Also is there a video of hooking up the factory sub or instructions included?
@@Donttreadonme2024 Unfortunately, the factory sub will not connect to the amp. Once the amp bypass harness is installed the factory sub is abandoned. I assume you have a Gladiator in which you’re wanting to retain the under seat storage bin?

You will only route to 4 speakers if you’re running an active system. You won’t use this 5-channel amp though either unless your grouping.

Absolutely! You will follow the same installation.
